    The dangers of the abyss are well worth facing for Zubmariner’s bounty of fantastic stories and strange adventures.

    An add-on for an excellent game, which will again nail you to the chair with its “Jules Verne-like” mood, phenomenal work with language and narrative. On the other hand, fighting is not so convincing.

    On the gameplay level, Zubmariner doesn't bring too much to the table. But it's the mythos and continuation of the story what will keep you exploring the depths and dark places of this Lovecraftian tale.

    Sunless Sea is a good game and Zubmariner brings a solid amount more of that goodness into the fold… But for anyone who has played the game somewhat extensively, I would proceed with caution, because for me, [a] lack of anything really new was the straw that broke the proverbial camel’s back.

    An interesting little exploration game. Especially good if you like Lovecraft and slow non twitchy rougelikes

    Zubmariner is my favorite type of DLC: additional content carefully integrated into the main game that improves it in many aspects.
