    Some signs of life persist, but this space game is largely a disappointing and tedious battle with a slothlike pace.

    Starport Delta takes a serviceable simulation platform and just wrecks it. The bones of a good, solid, enjoyable game are here, but the meat that the campaign puts on those bones is rancid and sour.
