I love this game, they add souls like style and puzzling like tomb raider series, and more than that, it feels alot like titanfall game, well its respawn, so its no so surprising at all. For me this game is whole package that i have looking for.

Very impressed with EA, they delivered a Star Wars single player game finally and it's better than I expected. It's not hack and slash like light sabre games have been previously and that's refreshing.

There are just some loading issues occasionally where a stutter is present but then it's smooth again.

So far (3 hours of gameplay) this is amazing game. I like Star Wars universe and this is the best SW game for last 10 years. The combat is very challenging on hardcore difficulty, i personally couldn't kill one side creature in a cave after like 15 tries and just gave up and went on mission. Its not Dark Souls but close.

EA = no loot-boxes or micro-transactions 10/10, But in all seriousness the couple of hours i have put into this game I can already recommend this game to any star-wars fan or anyone looking for a good story game. The game is not the next God Of War or anything but its a solid story game that I could see winning game of the year

Very well done, totally worth the time. Respawn got it right, and finally EA respected the process. Cant wait to finish it.

Such an amazing game, the immersion is deep unlike battlefront 2. I love the tomb raider aspect of the game with skills, so if you enjoy tomb raider you will enjoy this.

It is a breath of fresh air amongst so many mp games. And there are no lootboxes or microtransactions.

This game is not immersive at all, no droid ships at scrap yards and I am extremely dissapointed

I have played for a few hours now and I can honestly say respawn has not disappointed me yet. This honestly feels like dark souls with lightsabers on the hardest difficulty. I have died multiple times to the weakest of enemies but every time I want to go back and face that challenge. I love the freedom that it allows me to have. I was messing around and exploring when I found this big old frog that just stomped me and what I loved was that it wasn't because the game was being cheap but because my skill level wasn't there yet I honestly believed that that mini-boss is beatable early if you have enough skill. Wall riding in this game is an amazing mix of titanfall 2 and uncharted. the lightsaber combat feels great as well. Expand

Boring... the game is simply boring.
It's neither RPG nor platformer. You spend most of the time backtracking to locations because you didn't have the right skill to unlock something or you had to travel through half of the section just to backtrack to go somewhere else in the world just to back track again to progress further. Whole exploration is just an illusion as you are railroaded

Whole exploration is just an illusion as you are railroaded into specific areas almost at every corner.
The game is trying very hard to be a "Dark Souls" game with very poor results. Combat isn't rewarding and very quickly becomes annoying. Every time you rest it resets all enemies and with all the backtracking you have to do I quickly started to avoid combat where possible.
Character progression is almost non existent and just boils down to some "skill tree" unlocks but you have plenty of customisation and skins for Cal, the ship and BD 1. All you do is collect journal entries and skins, no real upgrades for your Light Sabre that would make you mote powerful, just cosmetics.
It's EA, so I won't be surprised if we will have MTX added in a couple of months.

And now the biggest problem with the game - controls...
It's a PC (!) game that tells you right at the beginning to use controller. The controls on KB&M are clunky at best. A developer that can't be arsed to optimise controls for mouse and keyboard on their PC port just don't deserve the money.
Camera movement is awkward and sometimes you loose control over it completely so you have to look in specific direction or on at a specific angle. You DO NOT DO things like that on PC. EVER!!!

I gave it 5 points. It's not a bad game but it doesn't deserve 9's and 10's. People probably set the bar so low for EA games that anything that isn't an utter crap will probably score a 9 or 10.

Don't buy it. Wait for a big price drop or do what I did, get the Origin Access thing. It will cost you way less (probably closer to real value of this game) and you'll have access to some other games to try out.
I wasn't expecting much from this game but I really like Titanfall 2 so I thought, why not I'll give it a try.
Well... Big disappointment or at least missed opportunity...

Fallen Order is a must have for Star Wars fans and the best Star Wars game in years. Both literally and figuratively: the Force is strong with this one. [01/2020, p.42]

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order gives its best on PC, delivering an awesome experience in 4K and 60 frames per second with advanced visual effects.
