    the idea is kinda hilarious, and so are the graphics.
    the music is fun too.

    And that's about it.
    there are no tactics involved whatsoever, there is no storyline either.
    If it were an browsergame for 10 year old kids, okay.
    But this is not worth the 20 dollar, even 1 dollar is too much.

    This game really sucks. I am all for independent game developers, but all this game has is a dancing Stalin and you can get that for free on their website. Seriously there is not even a way to send units over the battlefield automatically engaging enemies. You can't manually target the small ones either. All you can do is camp on one position and use your tanks to target the big This game really sucks. Absolutely no fun (and yes I have read the note on their page that this game is ment to be shitty ... but its way too shitty to be somewhat fun). The only really funny thing about this game is the option in the options menu which is called "Do you like cats?".… Expand

    While i love the concept of this game, and really want to like it, it's really not a well polished game. The interface is poor and the gameplay is downright shoddy. It's a sad thing that such an entertaining concept paired with such a horrible game.

    Before even trying to play this game you can get an idea of how poorly made it is by visiting the website. Not only is the dancing Stalin completely nonsensical but the writing on the website looks like it was done by an egotistical dumba$$. Claims like "Stalin vs. Martians is also a good real-time strategy game. Probably one of the best in years and years. You can quote us on that." or Before even trying to play this game you can get an idea of how poorly made it is by visiting the website. Not only is the dancing Stalin completely nonsensical but the writing on the website looks like it was done by an egotistical dumba$$. Claims like "Stalin vs. Martians is also a good real-time strategy game. Probably one of the best in years and years. You can quote us on that." or "And superabilities. You can't even imagine them. Trust us - they will impress you." Comments like this should conjure the same reaction when a used car sales man with a bad comb-over approaches you on a car lot and says "I like you so much, here is what I am going to do for you...".… Expand

    Do not buy this game. See, if it had been made with solid controls, a plot that was intriguing, vastly improved visuals, stable gameplay, and a host of other elements, Stalin vs. Martians could have been one of those guilty pleasures that would've turned the game into a cult classic. As it stands now, there's practically no redeeming value or reason to play this game.
