Nov 27, 2015It's a great addition to Spore, although it only lasts for a couple of hours. This expansion pack to Spore has so much potential, but I was so disappointed when I found out that it contains very limited amount of features and missions. I believe Spore players are better off without this expansion.

May 9, 2019Disliked this DLC immediately, it's horrible when you talk to NPC's the dialogue is right up the top which doesn't feel comfortably natural and should be down the bottom.
I know it's a old game, but other old games don't look so bad, horribly ugly looking and outdated.
Don't recommend. -
Nov 27, 2022galacitc adventures is a great dlc from the times that EA wasnt that greedy adding so many new gameplay features to space stage its absurd if you have spore definitivly try it

Aug 14, 2014You may appreciate the idea of the developers to give users the possibility to forge mission in this awesome game, but the fact is that users are (or seem to be) not able to create something worth buying this expansion

May 17, 2021I remember the hype that was built by the trailers and the expectations were high. Sadly, it was more of a letdown than anything else. Sure, it adds more to the space part, but for a gameplay update it just did not offer enough. For me, this was the one thing that killed the franchise.

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Galactic Adventures may not be a cure-all to Spore's problems though players get a massive improvement to their space phase of gaming. Finally, there is fun out there in space. [June 2009]

Though the Spore catalog is stuffed with useful creations, we still found it quite slow to load and not very easy to browse. Searching by tags is fine, but the mass of content (which includes a high proportion of mediocrity) means it can be hard and mind-numbing to find the best model for your job.

The Civilization stage still feels relatively cut-and-dry, and the Tribal stage resembles a rudimentary real-time strategy game. Still, Galactic Adventures does what it sets out to do in allowing for the creation and sharing of imaginative adventures. In that regards, it's a welcome addition to Spore.
