It ends up being a fun, short game that is just too repetitive.
-
Some flashy action, a playful sense of humor, and a clean visual style bring this otherwise straightforward beat-'em-up to life.
-
Spiderman Friend or Foe is obviously an attempt to cash in on the holiday rush. It doesn’t have the variety necessary to keep anyone playing for long, and the presentation is average at best.
-
Spider-man: Friend or Foe is another title that clearly isn't made for experienced gamers, and certainly won't please anyone aged in their teens or older.
-
A fleeting interest. While it's pleasant to look at, the basic combat system lacks variety or depth. But then again, at $20, what do you expect?
-
Play (Poland)Built of ready blocks and with graphics stuck somewhere between realism and cel-shading, it looks like a homage to the old 2D platformers, but it’s a game for children who, alas, never played them…Spidey cocoons the enemies, shoots the web, topples the bigger baddies to save the day and this game. What a pity that the opponents pose absolutely no challenge, no matter their size. [Dec 2007]

Dec 23, 2022I was hoping for similar game to Ultimate Alliance or Legends.
Unfortunately is less enjoyable and sooo easy.
