    Beautiful game with a very calm atmosphere. Sometimes you almost feel a little lonely in the wilderness of Alaska.
    Just the right thing if you want to switch off and enjoy your peace and quiet.
    This game is not about hectic, but about planning missions and choosing the right truck for the right task.

    I played the original Spintires Game and Mudrunner since the beginning and for me Snowrunner is a mixed bad. While the graphis are a huge step forwards, the physics became more arcade to make this game more appealing for casual players.

    DLCs like on the assembly line. But they don't solve problems.
    Braking and reversing immediately after stopping.

    Driving like in GTA.

    The game does extremely bad job at introducing you to all types of cargo, tasks, and hardware. You can easily end up tying to conquer snowy mountains on the 1st level with bad tires and no good trucks. I mean, it says "Snow" on the box, it teleports you to the snowy map after tutorial... But you've got to level up on different maps first, to get your set of tires for snow.

Your car gets stuck all the time, turns over, breaks, runs out of fuel, and gets dirty. Somehow, it feels surprisingly relaxing.    … Expand

    this game and that best used the physics of a truck, everything is perfect, deformation of the tires, chassis, springs, for muds, exchange, speedometer, hand brake...... the only ones Bugs that my game had was the driver's hand disappearing, the game closes alone and the truck's diesel stays at 0 even though it's full making the vehicle not move

    The worst think in this game is the control mechanism. They put a lot of afford to make a off road simulator, and didn’t think about the primary thinks, like how the gear box or differential work in specific track. Very good terrain physics but fatal control.
    Very bad wheel control as well.

    This game is broken on EGS i can’t launch it, no errors nothing. Funny thing is if a donwloaded from gamepass it worked perfectly. This is not worth any money. The developers also does nothing with this errors, i played this game before and it worked.

    The terrain and the feeling while driving but not on road.
    I like all the logistic mechanics that you have and the variety of maps.
    Certain DLC vehicules are OP and way more powerfull than others

    I have spent too much time in this game. Its addictive. Looks great at 4k on my bigscreen, always enjoy turning this one on after work and rolling over a truck or getting stuck trying to take a shortcut. Love the Pacific trucks especially, as well as the 3 different CAT machines although being very specific are a fun to drive around. So many maps as well so plenty of variety if you happenI have spent too much time in this game. Its addictive.     I really enjoy the game.It is quite nice when you want to play something rexaled where you are moving around the map doing freight jobs for the locals, unless you got stuck in the mud where the real challenge begins.Great gameplay, nice graphics.It get a bit repetitive some times but nothing to bad.There are some problems with hitboxes on structures around the map.
    Overall a great game.

    All trucks look beautiful , the environment is very beautiful .
    I enjoy this game because , trucks feel heavy while driving & truck physics is very
    realistic .
    MUST PLAY if you like trucks , truck driving games

    Let me start by saying I really really like this game, and I think this game could have been a 9 out of 10 game easy had they not included some insanely frustrating UI designs. Some may disagree with me here but I do think that Snowrunner is a huge step up from mudrunner. Snowrunner is an off road super sim. Very slow-paced but super methodical and even tactical in it's own way. ThereLet me start by saying I really really like this game, and I think this game could have been a 9 out of 10 game easy had they not included some insanely frustrating UI designs. Some may disagree with me here but I do think that Snowrunner is a huge step up from mudrunner. Snowrunner is an off road super sim. Very slow-paced but super methodical and even tactical in it's own way. There are a lot of trucks to choose from, but you must first unlock them through xp or finding vehicles on the map. Of coarse the trucks you start with are pretty terrible making the start of the game quite a slog and I'm sure it will turn many players away, but if you do stick with it it becomes exponentially better. My biggest complaint is what I stated above, the UI. Mudrunner was similar but seeing as how snowrunner adds so much more to the table it also makes the UI an infuriating mess. I mean holy crap I have never seen such a confusing mess of a UI. It does the job (kind of?) but man it's bad. If you decide to try it you will see what I mean. It is so needlessly complicated I have a hard time believing the devs couldn't possibly find a better way to convey commands. I guess they thought that it added to the heavy sim gameplay but Jesus it's terrible. That being said it shouldn't stop you from playing if you are a fan of these types of sims. It's quite addicting, and that feeling of finally being able to afford and upgrade the truck you've had your eye on is great. Try it out, really.… Expand

    I do not appreciate the grind in this game, on top of that you have to buy the same things per truck most of the time (even cabin cosmetics). But nonetheless, we still have here a practically uncontested but quality off-road trucking simulator packaged with even more content and activities than its predecessor.

Beautiful graphics , sound with a lot of content .Things can be repetitive sometimes so maybe make you feel fatigued .Also can be very hard so beware if you do not like hard games . If you want to do all the objectives you will need a lot of hours. Huge plus is the official support of mods , which that means even if youVery fun game , with a lot of choices of how you clear the content . Beautiful graphics , sound with a lot of content .Things can be repetitive sometimes so maybe make you feel fatigued .Also can be very hard so beware if you do not like hard games . If you want to do all the objectives you will need a lot of hours. Huge plus is the official support of mods , which that means even if you clear all content , and you want to play around still , mods will help for a never end content .     This game is too buggy to even start. My PC lives up to the spec and got latest drivers etc and I have no problems with any other game. It appears to simply be bugs preventing it from starting. I have refunded and will strongly recommend everyone not to buy this game any time soon.

    Incredible detail, lots of content, excellent physics and beautiful graphics. High replayability and that all for a small price compared to most titles. The maps are designed to perfection for you to explore and do tasks in, and the range of trucks and pickups is quite impressive with the added customizability.     I should add to my review that this game really allows for you to get a sense of achievement. In a time where it is sometimes difficult to make real progress or an impact on our environment or surroundings, Snowrunner has been a great game for me to enjoy and to work towards a goal. You get stuck in the mud, tip over your truck or run out of fuel, but you will try again, and you will succeed. It's very satisfying, and the journey with your truck through the wilderniss just adds to it all. Highly recommend the game to anyone who has patience, perseverence and wants to really get the most out of a game that rewards you in the end.    … Expand

    Buggy disgrace. Unfinished product. Coop play without even a chat, constant desync, objective cargo multiplication and falling under the map, not working trailers, cargo falling through trailers, unable to re-fule, unable to load cargo to a friends truck and so on and so on. Are you serious? Do not waste your money until it is fixed. Stop releasing unfinished games ffs!

    really like the look, it runs smoothly, pretty high fidelity game.
    but what makes it really unplayable is the REALLY bad way config of your steering works. You launch the game, everything is fine, next time you launch it, your sound doesnt work and your steering does not work either. just wanted to buy    what a lovely landscape and so many different undergrounds to drive on even snow!

    need to add more pedal support for ex: TLCM PEDALS FANATEC V2/V3 AND CUSTOM BUTTON CONFIGS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE BUTTON BOXES MUDRUNNER HAD IT WHY DIDN'T YOU GUYS JUST CARRY IT OVER .-. OH I KNOW WHY IT'S EPIC GAMES.....

    I don't understand the good critics here, this game is just pain, the worst thing that makes itself remarkable immediately is the bad steering... you have the feeling like you are on a boat... its like that inertia when you are steering in a direction, the tiires follow up only seconds later, not immediately.. I am wondering why?     Secondly, because of the steering it makes all that stuff like repairs etc. happening .. for every bump or crash into a tree you loose engine points, then you have to repair your vehicle every 3 days. I know developers probably liked that game elements because its a simulator but its just pplain stupid. It feels like a 3-days throwaway car that you drive.

    And most of all, its brain-damaging stupid and boring, you drive trucks with about 10km/h and it feels like you are spending most of your time driving stupidly through the environment. I now understand why people need 100 hours (link omitted per site rules) to get through this game -.-    … Expand

    you get a caterpillar 745, pretty much one of the biggest boy toys ever made. it's painfull to drive, as they made the steering as unresponsive as a dead fish.... and it's gutted of it's factory features. like half the gears, no logging platform trailer, and a fraction of the towing strength. and once you    this game has an exceptional ability to suck the fun out of you.
    example:

    and once you finally, hours later, unlock the frame addons for it, they are about as useless as they come.
    1600L of diesel. 1 container.
    pretty much nothing (truck fuel trailer = 2000L on a dolly /4000L as a full size tanker trailer)
    container? same problem! so far i have not been given a job to ferry one...

    yeah, when you pick that kind of game, you kinda know trucks. or at least you're a bit into them.

    second, it tells you nothing about the intricacies of actually using a controller over a keyboard (MASSIVE fuel economy there) or how you have to switch right back to keyboard to use the towing feature...

    Because the automatic towing feature likes to go for the worst possible anchoring point around you. (like right by your left when you're going uphill and the terrain is tilted to the left= yanks you right on your flank and bam you're stuck and your payload's on the floor, lol)

    it's also EXTREMELY BUGGY.
    you will experience all the bugs present in mudrunner, with a few more, even more infuriating extras.

    kudos to the devs, the second story mission i tried to take on was impossible with the trucks i had.
    stat. i fixed two bridges, two avalanches, to find that my truck just could not do the job. trailer's too heavy!

    SWEET.

    back 5 hours of grind later, with a better truck: eh, now at least i can reach the few paved roads of the map. sweet. reach the destination: truck sinks instantly in the mud, with the dropzone in hands reach.

    (i did have to refuel halfway too, all the trucks in this game do like 700L+/100 or something)

    another truck for towing and 35 mins later, i had finally dropped my trailer.

    it's like that for MOST CAREER JOBS. you have to tow your truck with another truck to get anywhere.
    all the jobs pay f*** all.

    Game is perfect. Graphics are amazing. Physics are amazing. Feel of trucks and their weight is amazing. Missions are amazing. Basically everything is amazing. Just start your playlist and enjoy in this amazing adventure. Recommend 10/10!

    My goty of 2020, one of best vehicle simulation game out there. I'd give it 10/10 if it was not for all the game breaking bugs like disappearing truck from a map which means you lose hundred thousands of hard earned money and many more minor bugs

    SnowRunner is an exemplary sequel in which the variety of content has increased several times compared to the previous game. There are a lot of new features, and the scale, content and number of maps have increased significantly. But most importantly, the gameplay has become more interesting. Setting up infrastructure in atmospheric locations is more exciting than just hauling logs. At the same time, the deep physical model is still as detailed as before, which will please hardcore fans of the genre. So if you are one of them, then it is definitely worth playing.
