This game had done great at challenge aspect without the dificulty selection on options menu, because there is no hundred of bullets flying on screen, instead of this, you have "targets" to achieve during missions (destroy 100% of enemies, rescue all the civilians and don't get damaged) to release more challenging versions of the same missions. You also have a shop to upgrade your airship. Sky Force is a clean looking vertical scrolling shooter with a well implemented upgrade system. Nine stages with three difficulties each there is a lot of content for this type of game.

Sky Force Anniversary does a fantastic job of bringing what had already been a good shooter to the PC, and it’s great to see it become the fully-featured game it always had the potential to be.
