    Another installment of the extremely enjoyable Shadow Tactics game. This one was wayyy easier!

    In the original shadow tactics (original) I actually got stuck in a few missions. And each mission would take a very long time to complete. This one was much easier. Didn't get stuck. Finished every mission within 45 minutes X 5 missions. The last mission, 6th mission, is actually an    Another installment of the extremely enjoyable Shadow Tactics game. This one was wayyy easier!

    The last mission, 6th mission, is actually an Epilogue. You run around and interact with characters.

    In this expansion I noticed that in every mission I used all characters equally.

    Pros -
    Retains basically everything good about the base game but sprinkles in more challenge

    Cons-
    Retains most of the original game’s flaws with little evolution of its main ideas

    After playing through Blades of the Shogun and Desperados 3 I was hyped when I heard about the Stand Alone "Spin Off" Aiko's Choice. I'm just through it and I have to admit- it feels and plays just as wonderfully as the Main Game of 2016. The Sound and Voice Acting is brillant, like a Hollywood Movie just as the game design. Anyways, I wonder whether I became better or that this game is less difficult than the others as I also (re)played it on hard mode? It's indeed shorter but for that it's well priced.     It’s just three new missions without new characters or gameplay mechanics (well, with one small exception). They’re interesting, they’re difficult, graphics, music and voice acting are top-notch, – but Aiko’s Choice is still too small to be sold as a standalone game. [Issue#258, p.54]

    After 5 years of silence, Aiko's Choice is not only an excellent example of how to revive a game with DLC content, but also how to attract new players.

    There’s no innovation, no evolution, nothing particularly exciting about this DLC. What you get is what you’d expect - three new missions which feel exactly the same as the original ones.
