May 4, 2011Overall, Prejudice is a vast improvement over the original with new modes to experience, polished controls and an even deeper customization system. If you're looking for a fun time alone or to share with some friends, for $15 you really can't go wrong here.
-
May 2, 2011Considering everything you get with this title -- a solid single player campaign, a diverse multiplayer suite, and just plain fun shooter gameplay -- Section 8: Prejudice is a steal at $15.
-
Apr 19, 2011It's not perfect, but we highly recommend this title to all FPS fans looking for something fresh to bide the time.
-
PC Games (Russia)Jun 24, 2011The single player campaign is solid, but it's multiplayer that makes every cent of this $15-game worth. [July 2011, p.114]

May 13, 2011If you enjoy team based shooters you need to go buy this game now.
-
May 5, 2011There is a lot of game here for $15. Sure the controls could be a tad tighter (I do love the hoverbikes, though) and the graphics aren't in the same realm of other games in its class, even though this does lower the system requirements quite a bit, but Section 8: Prejudice is an excellent value and hopefully Timegate takes the revenue from this one and develops a new Kohan game.
-
May 3, 2011Section 8: Prejudice blows away most of the flaws of the first episode thanks to a good direction, a solid gameplay and a rich online multiplayer. Recommended.
-
PC Gamer UKJun 17, 2011The campaign is nothing special, but you get more than your money's worth in the Conquest multiplayer mode. [July 2011, p.96]
-
May 19, 2011For $15, you get a campaign that's on par with retail games in terms of length and quality. You also get a solid multiplayer title with a good amount of maps and modes. All of this comes together with a solid technical package that combines some fresh elements with tried-and-true gameplay.
-
May 18, 2011Regardless of the unapologetically generic setting and aesthetics though, Prejudice's scale, depth and accessibility make it a very attractive option for some cheap multiplayer gaming. It doesn't do anything new, but it does old things well enough to be worth a look, despite a few niggles and flaws.
-
PC GamerMay 18, 2011Dropping into multiplayer battles in Prejudice's armored suit is a thrill, and its battles are never over 'till they're over. [July 2011, p.68]
-
May 12, 2011As mutliplayer shooters go, it's hard to go wrong with Section 8: Prejudice, and while this game still won't live up to the Tribes name - turns out that there's nothing out there that can do that just yet - you'll still find a damn fine online shooter with plenty of depth, all in a low-cost package.
-
May 9, 2011Little touches like the DCMs and base-building elements help keep the action fresh, and the frenetic Conquest mode offers plenty of replay value. For a budget title, Section 8: Prejudice offers a lot of content. It doesn't rank alongside the Call of Dutys and Battlefields of the world, but it's worth a look for FPS fans itching for a new experience.
-
May 9, 2011Section 8: Prejudice has learned too much from the mistakes of its predecessor, but it isn't strong enough to become a clear choice in its genre. The game offers many hours of fun thanks to a fast-paced and fun multiplayer mode, but it still lacks of more depth, more options and a better use its potential. Anyway, it is a good example of FPS.
-
May 5, 2011A big step forward for the brand, served with a funny single player campaign and a well balance multiplayer experience.
-
May 10, 2011Section 8: Prejudice is a highly recommended title to all FPS fans looking for something fresh to bide.
-
May 27, 2011It's a well done game and it doesn't cost much. The multiplayer matches are worth playing and the dynamic mission design makes for some nice surprises. The solo campaign is lacking, though.
-
May 4, 2011Section 8: Prejudice explores well-worn territory, but a smart campaign and volatile competitive mode make this shooter rise above its generic aesthetic.
-
PC FormatJul 12, 2011A budget game that delivers a budget experience. [Aug 2011, p.102]
-
May 31, 2011It took TimeGate two years to make a sequel to Section 8, but they never bothered to fully develop their concept of the orbital assault force. Only the moderate price tag and a lack of decent sci-fi multiplayer shooters keep it from burning out on entry.
-
May 4, 2011Prejudice certainly does a lot – it just doesn't do very much well.
-
LEVEL (Czech Republic)Jun 23, 2011Pure multiplayer action game. Low budget doesn't mean less fun if you're not looking for any added value. [June 2011]
