    Very, very funny. It's easy to get acquainted with it, and very difficult to master. Nice graphics, possibility to play in local multiplayer up to four players with split-screen. Big plus: runs on Linux!

    It's funny! And Addictive! And more funny! Soccer + Cars with simplified mechanics. It's difficult to develop a game in this way and become a good one. And the developers are updating it each week with improvements

    A fresh new idea,combine Soccer and racing.
    for 20 dollar price,it is definitely worth it.
    The controls are fluent and easy,but need experience to become pro. Tons of gamemodes,but I think they need to add more in the future. Lots of cool customization without paying extra money. A good replay system,smooth camera rotate. Thank god this game come out in July,It's lack of game in July    A fresh new idea,combine Soccer and racing.

    fun to play mostly with friends but it's also highly playable by yourself if you don't have anyone to play with.
    graphics are amazing and i love to play this with my mates.

    The online play is fantastic. Lots of servers, lots of players, casual and ranked classification so you aren't thrown in with a bunch of serious skill players. No lag. It is just a very good experience.

    You can also upgrade cars, tires, paint jobs, ornaments, etc. with experience or cheap DLC packs.

    Normally I hate DLC just to put more money in a huge multinational's pockets.

    But when the original game launched at $20 (cheaper with sales and coupons) I don't mind paying a few dollars for a small DLC pack to give a small team some support. This is the way to do DLC. Top quality game, small price, small DLC packs showing continued development.

    Lets see:The concept works awesome with the game,i like how you move your car in the air and how you can climb,the only con of the gameplay is the ball cam,that is important.Graphics are AWESOME.The music althrough not memorable is one of the best.and the customizable gameplay makes it worth the money.i give this game a 9.5/10

    I love this game. The physics behind the game is awesome and easy to learn then but when it come to DLC. I which they can add more car instead that we have to buy them. That's sucks. I only have one DLC and that is DeLoreon. I love time machine and every detail it got is ultimate awesome. No more DLC DeLoreon. Graphics is god when you computer and handle full graphics but for some reasonI love this game. The physics behind the game is awesome and easy to learn then but when it come to DLC.     This is a fun game with a learning curve that is not to steep for newbie players to adapt to. The best thing about this is there is no pay to win way to the top, it is all about skill. It is a game you can either drop in and out of for brief sessions or embark on a lengthy spat.

    Muy divertido para jugar con amigos y muy competitivo, aunque muy adictivo. Sin embargo, con muy pocas alternativas de modos de juego.

    Too funny to play with friends and very competitive, though very adictive. But with few alternatives of game modes.

    Rocket League was an instant classic when it came out, and it has only gotten better over time. Endless replayability, and what is said about the game is true; it's a sports game for people that don't like sports games. It's worth the asking price two times over. Micro-transactions are cosmetic only.

    For me, multiplayer doesn't get much better than rocket league. I've played over 600 hours and I can still kill myself laughing over bizarre and derpy goals. The game is so well-polished and well-executed that it makes playing it so fair and rewarding. It's also rewarding because you learn how to perform new maneuvers and improve on them over time - so you can look back at how you usedFor me, multiplayer doesn't get much better than rocket league. I've played over 600 hours and I can still kill myself laughing over bizarre and derpy goals. The game is so well-polished and well-executed that it makes playing it so fair and rewarding. It's also rewarding because you learn how to perform new maneuvers and improve on them over time - so you can look back at how you used to play and see how far you've come. I can't praise this game much more, but I will say that there are some issues with matchmaking. There are instances where you will get matched against players that are far better or worse than you (this is more typical if you're playing in a group or at the beginning of a season in ranked). And my only caution to new players thinking of getting the game is that because the portion of the player base that are beginners I believe is small now, you may have alot of tough matches ahead of you.     Me and my mates play this multiple times a week. There is a learning curve to the game. It's takes time to develop the necessary skills to compete at a high level. However, I can't give it a perfect score since rocket league added micro transactions in the form of keys that unlock an RNG award. This basically takes advantage of gambling tendencies of gamers.     On the outside Rocket League seems like it's just car soccar, but it's so much more than that. I'm not a football/soccer fan but I still very much enjoy this game. RL is action packed, fast, fun with friends and is also very competetive. There's always an aspect where you can improve and this makes it so much to play because youre a new player each game!

Currently ranked Diamond 3 in 3s and touched Champ 1 once at 933 hours.     I'll start off with saying I haven't been this into a game since Call of Duty MW2 came out, it's very easy to lose many hours in this game, the amount of mechanics involved is huge and each one fun to learn about, positioning and game sense are also super important, this game really is the cliché 'easy to get into, hard to master'. After 1,000+ hours i'm still learning things I didn't know about which is the cool thing about this game, there's pretty much no ceiling cap on skill.

    Practicing training packs and freeplay are the best bet for getting better, spend a few hours working on your mechanics consistently and you'll see improvement real quick. The competitive side of this game is equally fun but you will come across toxic people like in every other competitive game. The game has a great e-sports scene, that's proper entertaining, especially RLCS, that keeps the game going.

    5 minute games is perfect for someone who doesn't want to commit too much time to playing and just wants to play some casual quick games, but for competitive the hours really do need to be put in to get good, its not something that happens over a few weeks, but you will see improvements which is what motivates you to get better.

    There's no boring moment when playing Rocket League since there's only a few players on the pitch. Also great in-game music directly from Monstercat that's updated every few weeks! The game has nice maps with different game modes that keep you busy if you wanna switch things up, and a strong amount of community maps in the workshop to test your ability or just have some fun in. The game has seasonal events that give you the opportunity to get new items while just playing which is nice. There is a Rocket Pass in the game which is the same as a Battle Pass in other games that gives some cool items, although some items are a bit uninspired. Also a new introduction of a blueprint system to replace crates and the inclusion of an item shop that has pretty expensive items wasn't the best thing they could have done.     A very good take on "car football", this game gives you many hours of fun. It has a great plethora of customization options, and lots of room for you grow and develop new techniques as a player. Playing with some friends is a true joy and will not leave you disappointed.

    An addicting and super amusing game of cars kicking balls into nets. Playing with friends is really fun and focusing on competitive is also enjoyable. It's cheap, looks nice and it is very good. A must-have.

There's cosmetic loot boxes but they are very discreet and you only spend extra money if you really want to. On top of that it's very reasonably priced and it features amazing graphics, presentation and soundtrack. A must play if you like mechanically complex, skill based competitive games and even if you don't, there's still plenty of fun to be found just by goofing around with some friends.    … Expand

    Rocket League is a game you can always come back to no matter what. It is based mainly on online multiplayer granting you satisfaction as you climb through the ranks to try and get better rewards by the end of each season, with only a few negatives such as slow updates and toxic players this game is a must have for the price.

    i Love the fact that this game is ALL about skill. There isn't a "luck script" or scripted things like in most of the games. if something happens, it's because of your action or the opponent's one. It's fantastic for casual gamers, for the E-sport scene, and i love how in those 2 years it became one of the best E-sports of the world.

    A rare multiplayer that that is both fun for players with 500 hours as well as 5. Rocket league does a great job of being very approachable while still having extremely deep game play. If you like competitive games but are tired of playing CSGO or LOL for thousands of hours then give this a try. One of the dew games that remains fun months or even years after you start playing.     Esta muy bien el juego, trae originalidad en los juegos que estamos acostumbrados ademas de ser muy competitivo y con jugabilidad no tan difícil, lo juego con teclado y ratón y este juego me ha robado mas de 1500 horas, muy buen juego para pasar el rato con tus amigos

    Excellent game. I can only add one thing compared to the other reviews: although there is an emphasis on competitive play, you can enjoy 99 % of the game by only playing casual games. This is a important aspect for me as I do not always want to invest time in ranked games.

    Super fun game in any case, and if you love cars and/or football you will be thrilled.

This game has no game breaking bugs, and the fact that everything is server-sided made me encounter no cheaters at all in 200 hrs of game play, which makes me think that i will never find one.     I am approaching 2k hours in RL now. I have never come close to enjoying taking a game seriously more than this. It wasn't even made to be taken that way, but you can enjoy it in any way you want to. Psyonix has had its issues and missteps.     People complaining about the community are people not meant to play competitive games. If you think this game is toxic you have never in your life played Dota, or League, or CSGO. Do not ever let somebody scare you away from this game by complaining about the community. I have a toxic ish experience maybe 1 in 15 games. All I remember is diamond to now being C3, I only solo queue in ranked. And it's fine! Those ranks are supposed to have the worst toxicity. There are always going to be rude people in competitive games. If that bothers you and you don't actively take the precautions to avoid them, you shouldn't play competitive games.     But the game is not perfect, you rarely get good items for your car for free, you only get item designs, that you have to pay to build, and that’s kind of boring. You are dependent on missions for a chance to get some good item, and fails, and this is often frustrating. Another irritating factor is the tournaments that, in themselves, are good, but they happen only once a day, and if you miss the time, it is only after 24 hours that you can enter again. You wait 1 day to enter the 3 x 3 tournament, and there is a guy in your team who is inactive, he is sent off and replaced by someone to balance the game? NO, you will lose because of him. Waiting 24 hours to be put in a game with an inactive guy who will make you lose in the first round.

    Those are the points that irritate me in the game, but most of all, I recommend you to play.    … Expand

    I'm late to the scene, but i am hooked! I didn't get a chance to start playing until it went free to play, but the game has been pretty amazing. I'm only a gold league but i'm learning new ball tricks and skills everyday.

    I originally started playing Rocket League on the PS4 back when it came out in 2015, and to this day still enjoy playing this game very much. The only thing I don't like about the game these days, is the fact that Epic Games decided to take over.     The events that are organized are great fun and offer special items for limited time.

    Graphics are colorful and bright and are nothing to complain about. The music and sound effects are fair. The arena design is great and creates some atmosphere throughout the matches.

    The controls and camera are fluent and work perfectly, you feel you are in control of your little car and the direction you want to go. Mastering flying with your boost is a must but takes time and skill to master.

    Overall, Rocket League is fun for the casual and pro gamer and a good and fun way to pass the time alone or with friends.

    Rocketleague is one of the biggest skillgames that has ever been created. The amount of tech and the skill ceiliing is almost infinite. To give this game a fair shot you need to really put in multiple hours and get over a steep learning curve which might detere some players. But once you get the high once, it is extremely hard to put down.

This mode is not as same as the rank mode because the tournament mode feels more competitive than the rank mode. The champions of the tournament mode have a record for themselves and win the prizes, and it is open every week.
    The main point that plenty of people did not like Rocket League because Rocket League is a skillful game, the mechanical in this game is different from other sport-actions games, so the newbie that started to play this game will be tired and give up on this game ,but if you play it every day and practice basic gameplay you will have fun with it. To be honest, I am not good at this game that much ,but I have played this game a lot so I feel accustomed to the gameplay.

Its game face may be set in a goofy grin instead of an intimidating snarl, but Rocket League’s beautifully balanced gameplay is one of the best competitive games I’ve played in ages. Whether you're rushing back to get on defense or trying to poke the ball out of a crowd, the controls never let me down in a single instance save for the times of my own incompetence. The tutorial ensures that you get these basics down and before long you'll be wanting to wall ride and using your boost for aerial strikes, both of which are difficult to master.

    When you’ve finally gotten the hang of driving, Rocket League is an absolute joy. The rules are the same whether you’re playing 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, or 4v4 matches: earn the most points in five minutes. You nudge, slam, bonk, or bash the ball into your opponents’ goal. The arena walls are banked into high walls, so the ball is in play no matter how exuberantly it’s been hit, which keeps the action moving. The arenas are sized nicely, too. They’re small enough to where you can assist on defense if you see an opponent tearing toward your goal, but they’re large enough so players aren’t unnecessarily trading paint just driving into position. The sense of momentum is exhilarating and every moment feels like a highlight reel, thus I'd recommend a controller since it is slightly easier to get a hang of the controls. As the case with any of these multiplayer games, having friends along to coordinate with is just an added layer of fun, although the ingame text options do a good enough job of communicating information.

    Matches are short and players are given a steady drip of cosmetic upgrades for their vehicles by simply participating. None of them affect gameplay, but a variety of hats, paint effects, body types, and smoke-trail designs let players show off their personality during the slow-motion replays. This sort of progression isn't a highlight, but still serves as a reason to continue outside of the adrenaline rush. On the audiovisual spectrum, the in-game action goes by too quickly to appreciate the visual details, from the textures on the arena floors to the flecks of glitter in the paint. It’s all beautiful without being distracting, and is performance friendly. This is supported by the ability to save replays, something I care to admit doing at least a dozen times by now. The electronic music is saved for menus, but the in-match audio capture that same atmosphere you would find in actual soccer matches, making even 0-0 matches thrilling from start to finish.

    The only few complaint I have with Rocket League are the bot AI who fill in when not enough players are in the match. They perform decently, but you'll be yearning for some real teammates after a single match with them, they seldom play offense and their defense is passable. This sort extends to the season mode, where you can face off against the AI in a sort of regular season of customizable amount of games and teams, all of which can keep you busy, but closer on the lackluster side due to the relative easiness of it all. Don't play Rocket League to have fun on your own w/bots, which is possible, but you'll be doing yourself a disservice. Luckily the matchmaking is solid w/only a few instances of me getting frustrated at the lack of getting connected to a server.

    Rocket League is a tight package that managed to convince me that cars and soccer are the best thing to happen to either one. It's visual appeal, responsiveness, and replayability showcases that you can have fun without a sodium overdrive or need to kill something, something plaguing a good amount of online games today. Don't expect any appeal in it's single player experience, the multiplayer will keep you up begging for just one more.    … Expand

    I bought this during the Steam sale, actually felt I underpaid for it.

    The game is still rewarding for new players while they are getting use to the game.
    It's easy for new players to learn but at the same time not easy to master.

    I am an "old dude" and my 10-year-old daughter started playing it, we both love it.

    there is a season mode with various difficulties to choose from where you try to win the championship from ai controlled opponents and partners.
    If your team isn’t full by time the match starts online, you are also teamed up with ai partners.
    The ai however can occasionally do more harm than good, hitting the ball in the wrong net, and overly just not aggressive enough when it comes to taking shots to be all too helpful
    I understand that this is to prevent ai teams from being over powered, but when youre the one stuck with the ai team, it can be a little frustrating.
    Match making is great though, even if you have a crappy connection, matches are a breeze to get into
    if you find yourself getting your but handed to you, there is a training mode to teach you have to effectively use your boosts and tricks, and how to effectively make shots and block shots as a goalie.
    The game features 11 cars and thousands of combinations to make your rocket car yours
    however I find it highly annoying that you cant customize each car individually.
    your settings carry over to each car, which sucks considering each cars style is different and has its own personality.

And there is 4 modes that you can play, which are: 1vs1 (where only you can play against another player), 2vs2 (where you with a teammate can play against two other players from the other team), 3vs3 (where you with two other teammates can play against three other players from the other team) and 4vs4 (where you with three other teammates can play against four other players from the other team). All of the modes feel perfectly designed. Also, you can play against and with bots, which is still fun, where bots provide most of the time a good AI. But there is one flaw. This game isn't a game that you should play without friends, because if you do, you will get easily bored, because it tends to become repetitive. Yes, the flaw is the repetitivness. I like the car customization; it gives a reason to keep playing the game. But, guys, the many ways you can kick the ball is staggering, I mean, you can do those fancy aerial kicks, even though I perform them very rarely, but many pros can do that. There is tons of kicks you can do and they are oh so satisfying to perform, because of the perfect physics that this game has. (8/10)

    This is a mixed bag. If you'll play this game with friends, this game is surely awesome during every match. But if you'll play alone, be prepared to face a slight boredom after 50 matches, because it does show the repetitivness of the game more than it does when you're playing with friends. (7.5/10)

    The game is fun, there is nothing boring. I only care about single player so in that perspective there is a season you can play with variety of different free cars and in many different arenas, controls are simple but require some time getting use to. Graphics are good, music is excellent. And the AI can give you tough time in match.

    Pese a haberle costado encontrar un hueco en el mercado, Psyonix lo ha hecho y por la puerta grande. Nos ha deleitado con un título frenético, viciante y entretenidísimo.
    El juego más divertido del año probablemente. Y al que la empresa le sigue dando soporte y han anunciado muchos planes y contenido para él.

    So much fun with this game. Its good because no need to wait long for find a new game. Matches are really fast, dynamic. Its great game to listen music while playing. But I would like to see a new mode with the ball that doenst fly so high, a little faster back down. Ball on the pitch moves enough fast, but in the air falling too slowly.
    Maybe maps with barriers, maps wheres pitch is not flat ?

Если вы не можете решиться на покупку игры - решайтесь быстрее, а еще лучше зовите троих друзей и покупайте пак на четверых, так вы в минусе точно не останетесь. Игра очень сильно затягивает и бросать ее в ближайшее время я не собираюсь (как и мною приглашенные товарищи). Разнообразие "рингов" тоже не может не радовать, единственное, бесит Токио!!!
    Единственным, наверное, минусом в игре является малое количество элементов тюнинга, как-то уж совсем не густо, даже если учитывать все DLC.

Al principio estarás solo por el suelo, con miedo a volar, pero con el tiempo empezarás a experimentar con ello, y cuando menos te lo esperes estarás haciendo goles y paradas aéreas.

    Es muy recomendable, su precio es bajo para las horas que te puede dar (sobre todo si lo pillas en oferta) y más aun si alguno de tus amigos lo tiene, ya que gana mucho si puedes compaginar tus ataques y defensas con alguien.    … Expand

    Very simple and fun, you feel in control of your car. Very short games, so it's nice to play when you just wanna relax for a bit.

    This game is great! Online is really fun. Ranked isn't my favorite but unranked rooms are awesome. single player features are awesome for when the servers are down or when you don't have WiFi. There's a lot of maps you can get off of the steam workshop. Some really creative things have come out of that.     자동차+축구. 따로보면 쩔지만 합치려면 말도안되는 두 조합을 성공적으로 합쳐낸 제작진들에게 박수를. 이 이후로도 로켓리그 비슷한것도 안나오는것보면 정말 혜성이라는 말이 딱맞는듯.
