    The game was being developed to be more like a RE: Outbreak PvP, but Capcom decided to rush the devs to launch it in bundle with RE3 Remake because they knew they made it a small game, so they needed something to complete it.+

    My theory is that the game was cancelled even before the launch with RE3. If we pay attention, everything that came with updates is content that was already made, but kept off the game to use as update later, to give it some extra life through the year. +..

    This is better experienced on PS, however gameplay is much better on PC. There are cheaters on here, along with people parked outside McDonald's for free WiFi playing. This game would be playable without the hackers and with dedicated servers. The developers abandoned hope for this game so updates stopped over a year ago.     They are idiots. Resistance makes money! Add Leon for $5 and Claire for $5 with good skills, as well as a mastermind by Albert Wesker or any other mastermind with a powerful biological monster for $5.

    Resident Evil Resistance is an interesting addition to the series. It’s not great, but it’s also much better than 2016’s Umbrella Corps for those looking for a multiplayer experience set in the Resident Evil universe. Fans of the series will no doubt have some fun playing a few matches and tinkering around with abilities and cards, but beyond checking out an occasional update, I don’t know that I’ll personally be playing much more of it in the future.

    Resident Evil Resistance has a neat concept which is well executed for the most part. Unfortunately, some technical aspects such as the lack of dedicated servers, cross-play and functional matchmaking detract from an otherwise pleasant experience.
