    Multiplayer garbage does not belong in the Resident Evil universe. Gutting RE3 to work on this crap, for shame Capcom. Literally no one asked for this, no one wants this.

    Stillborn clone of the unshakable L4D. The terrible mechanics of the puppeteer, who stupidly throws enemies or mines under his feet of alive ones, and a strong Tyrant in a small area where all the action takes place. A completely uninteresting fourth character - boxer. Absolutely unnecessary melee, useless against mines or cameras, turrets.
    This is not the first time that they have tried    Stillborn clone of the unshakable L4D.     Multiplayer game with no cheat protection so you can imagine the hackers. Low levels is fine but as soon as you start ranking up almost every match has a cheat engine mastermind instant killing you. It might be fun if it was balanced and moderated but there is no report function/ chat/ blocking users and its barely put together socially.

    This is game is fighting against Fallout 76 to get 'Worst Multiplay Game Award'. RE Engine is not fit for muitlplay Game, Capcom doesn't know how to make muitlplay game bluh bluh bluh... Anyway, RE:R is total chaos.

    Game is in unplayable stage for survivors. The best thing is removing "mastermind" from the game and make it full co-op game which will be better. For now, it's not worth the play it.

    Normally I hate asymetric games (like DbD) but find this game quite enjoyable with friends and in pubs (the few times it's balanced)
    TL;DR Great game ruined by a lot of problems

    Pros:

    Good concept
    Good for an symmetric game
    Mastermind is very fun (when balanced)
    Good teambased gameplay with survivors

    Cons:

    Terrible matchmaking-
    -Can take 10 minutes to even over 30 minutes to find a game
    -Get put with incredibly high levels when first playing the game which ruins the experience

    Peer-to-peer, often very laggy and mastermind can lag the game to force people to disconnect
    No options for private games even though there are some good options in practice mode like changing time, energy, cooldowns
    Barely any XP in custom games, this wouldn't be a big deal if matchmaking was fair and / or you started with all masterminds unlocked
    You can only get this game through RE3 (which I personally don't care for and is overpriced). Also means a lot of people won't even know this game exists so player numbers will drop a lot over time without crossplay
    Clunky controls and terrible inventory management for survivors

    Another Operation Raccoon City and Umbrella Corps. It will soon be abandoned and full of hackers (already having). Capcom doesn't know how to develop online games. I should have invested in the RE3 Remake.

    Resident Evil Resistance is an interesting addition to the series. It’s not great, but it’s also much better than 2016’s Umbrella Corps for those looking for a multiplayer experience set in the Resident Evil universe. Fans of the series will no doubt have some fun playing a few matches and tinkering around with abilities and cards, but beyond checking out an occasional update, I don’t know that I’ll personally be playing much more of it in the future.

    Resident Evil Resistance has a neat concept which is well executed for the most part. Unfortunately, some technical aspects such as the lack of dedicated servers, cross-play and functional matchmaking detract from an otherwise pleasant experience.
