    Yeah, no wonder it's free. I've done the beta for a long while, and while it was interesting in the beginning. It's just fails at everything it tries to be and now they released it as f2p. Just skip this mess.

    A PC release that REQUIRES windows 8.1? Especially when Microsoft knows it is nearly as unpopular as vista? Bad move. Really really bad move. Microsoft needs to pull its head out of its collective backside and start listening to its customers rather than trying to force our hand. This is a game I'll never play so long as it is only available on windows 8

    It’s more of a LittleBigPlanet than a new Minecraft. It’s fun and cute, but because it’s neither a really powerful editor nor a full-fledged game, I don’t think it will find many admirers. [02/2015, p.56]

    At first glance this is a dream come true for creative gamers. The custom worlds look neat, the mechanics give you a lot of freedom from action-adventures up to sports games and retro revivals. But you’ll definitely need to spend more time to get decent results than in the LittleBigPlanet-series. On top of that there is a distinct in-app-purchase-flavor.
