    I genuinely had no problems with pizza tower. It's a damn good game, the ost slaps, i love the artstyle the levels were fun to go through although i probably wont be going for p ranks i still find this game perfect.
    if you're looking for a past face 2d platformer which is just absolutely crazy get this game. Best 2d platformer since celeste

    All in all a very fun and percise platformer that really wants YOU to master it. Doing all achievements is very hard but rewarding the combat is also pretty neat and if your P-rank is gone its YOUR fault! Do your best while playing it and have fun.

    I'm gonna give this a 10 because not only is the game *bizarrely* amazing, but I hold it close to my heart. I've been keeping up this game's development for a few years now, and to see it finished after all this time makes me real happy. It really deserves more attention.

    Also, the music. The music makes this game a 10 on it's own, it's weird and frenetic and I loved every second of it.

    this game is insane and insanely good. Music, sound, mechanics, the ART, absolutely hilarious. sometimes the difficulty really spikes but aside from that, a total masterpiece. 10/10

    Just a perfect and well polished platformer 2D, with wacky 90's cartoon style, which has been missing for a long time. If you missed Wario Land series, or games like Earthworm Jim that you gonna love Pizza Tower.

    it's so early in the year and pizza tower is already the best game of 2023 in my opinion, it's fast, funny, looks cool and is SUPER GOOD!
    if your a fan of Wario or Sonic or just fast pace in general then BUY this game!
    the soundtrack is also amazing!
    i hate giving out 10s because there is always something wrong but not with pizza tower.

    Literally one of the best 2d platformers I have ever played. The movement is incredible, the music is great, level design is one of the best, and the art style is fantastic. And to top it all off its only 20 bucks.

    The levels have so much charm and fun mechanic to play around with . Each world has a boss , and the bosses ... They are phenomenal ! And i'm not gonna spoil but that final boss ... my god !     The OST is a banger, the 90's era animation a la earthworm Jim is nostalgic and delightful and the mechanics are deep despite its simplicity.

    Pizza Tower feels like the elements that make it weren't properly considered when the game was designed. For a game that describes itself as fast paced, it's absurd how labyrinthian the levels are, almost demanding you take your time. Most of these individual level gimmicks actually take away from your regular abilities or make your movement worse, which means if you want to keep going fast, you're gonna be trying to avoid these things for the most part. The game is preposterously easy, never punishing you properly for failure. If you run into a brick wall thousands of times, and have no consequences tied to it, you can eventually get through.

    So what do I like about this game? Well firstly, Peppino himself is extremely enjoyable to watch. His animations, while awkwardly drawn, do at least ooze with character. The controls are good, despite their lack of synergy with the levels they're used in, and the music has at least a couple of decent tracks, although I'd say most of the music I really don't like. At the end of the day I'm willing to at least give Pizza Tower a little bit of credit for the obvious amount of effort put into it, but as far as 2D platformers go, there's hundreds of better ones than this out there.    … Expand

I had to see what the fuss is all about, only to find out that this is nothing more than a generic 2D platformer. The pizzas with the red lips make annoying noises. The running animations are very cringeworthy. The pizza guy always makes incredibly cringeworthy faces. To make matter worse, there is a stupid TV on the right-top corner where the pizza guy makes even cringier faces. When you pass a level, there is music that is extremely cringeworthy. It is over-exaggerated and tries too hard to be upbeat in a pathetic attempt at making players excited when they win. It didn't make me excited in the slightest. All this cringe made me grab my monitor and slam it against the floor out of frustration.

    There is no multiplayer, but I didn't expect one at a cheap price. Did I say cheap? The greedy developers are charging $20 for a flash game. I immediately refunded this garbage after nearly 2 hours. I don't want to torture myself any further with this garbage. Besides, there are plenty of free flash games on the internet. I don't recommend this game at all, unless you like looking at cringeworthy faces literally every second.    … Expand

    Wanted a new Wario Land for a long time, but I don't think I even need one now after this. Please play this game if you haven't already, it's rare to get a new platformer that's as amazing as Pizza Tower anymore. I also never make genuine reviews on Steam so that alone should tell you how awesome this game is if I went out of my way to do it for once.

    One of the best platformers I’ve ever played. The animation is a loving homage to both early 90’s Nickelodeon and early internet flash animation. The music perfectly matches the art style with bop after banger. The gameplay is fast and chaotic, but it always feels like you’re in control. With fast, frantic sonic-the-hedgehog-style gameplay, make high combos as you go through unique level design stages taking all enemies in front of you in high combos. The game also never gets to the point of being nauseous, with new powers andPizza Tower is a magical 2d Platform game heavily inspired by the Spinoffs "Wario Land" from the mario franchise, but everything here is improved. With fast, frantic sonic-the-hedgehog-style gameplay, make high combos as you go through unique level design stages taking all enemies in front of you in high combos. The game also never gets to the point of being nauseous, with new powers and thematics for each stage. The songs, in addition to being addictive, are totally nineties, reminding you of a magical era of songs (especially 16-bit games). The animation is a work of art, with its golden age style of Cartoon Network. The animation recalls drawings such as Courage, the cowardly dog and Chowder. The game also has high references and easter eggs that did not even need to be there but are just to show the affection of the developers in putting every detail. only defect in this wonder were their controls that aren't so good at some boss fights, taking some unfair damage sometimes (or I'm bad lol). In short, one of the best indie platform I've ever played, and strongly recommend if you are not only a fan of Wario Land, but also platforms in general.

    This game is one of the most wacky, fast and pleasing on the eyes game I've ever played.
    Sure the game can get hard or tense, but it makes up for it with a kick-ass soundtrack. I spent a lot of time playing Wario land 3/4 on the game boy/game boy advanced and its good to see Tour De pizza make me feel like a child again. This Sonic/Wario game is one you dont want to miss!

The perfect example of an incredibly small team putting passion into something for years, with no experience creating something better than every triple a game that's came out recently. It's already come to critical success, being the first game to sell 1 pizzillion copies. Truly, the pizza, of all time.

    Pizza Tower is an amazing game. From the music, the level design, the boss battles, and the charming animation. Pizza Tower truly deserves nothing lower than a 10/10. This game was definitely ready to get funky.

    What the **** is that game. As a platformer lover(Shovel Knight saga, Hollow Knight, Celeste, Ori games, Sonic 1,2,3, & Knuckles, Mania, Super Metroid and Metroid Dread) i can say; this is one of the best platformer game in history. Musics, mechanics based on speed, level designs, this game is absolutely incredible.

    i dont have to say anything. this is amazing and probably did a better job then the wario games themselfs. i know 20$ is expensive for a short game (not for me atleast) but i dont think it deserves to get a 9 for that, i recommend it if you like wario games. (also this game really makes me want to try out wario land 4).

    One of the biggest surprises of the entire year so far, Pizza Tower is a magnificently frantic indie game that takes Wario Land 4's gameplay and runs at mach speed with it. The music is fantastic, the visuals definitely grow on you and the gameplay is some of the most thrilling that I have ever seen in a platformer.

    This game is such a frenetic rush of dopamine, able to let you have fun replaying the same levels over and over again to get a score as high as possible! It takes the best from both the Wario Land and the Sonic series into a really amusing game, that can be truly understood only when playing it personally!

    No joke, this is my favorite game of all time. I absolutely love everything about this game, and you can just tell the developers put an incredible amount of effort and passion into every aspect.

    Possibly my favourite 2D plataformer of all time. The gameplay is so swift and smooth it pratically makes you want to get better scores and master the art. The story is simple, but works incredibly well with the tone of the game and the artstyle, wich is another thing to point out it's incredible! The story is very minimal, but works incredibly well to not stop the gameplay in any way. it allows the freedom for Peppino to do anything he wants and have it fit in with the story. There are so many different levels and the only real complaint i have are some of the gimmicks not being that fun to use, although many are. There is a boss in every world and they are great. They all feel fair to play against and you aren't punished for messing up once, as during them you can heal.

    Overall this is a 10/10 fast paced game that rewards exploration, has a great soundtrack, unforgettable gameplay, and generally was worth the 20$ i paid for it    … Expand

    Pizza Tower is one of, if not THE best platformer I've ever played. This mix of Wario Land, Sonic, and Ren & Stimpy has made me succumb to it's charm after only 1 hour of gameplay, and now here I am with 25 hours in my belt.
    Pizza Tower is the most satisfying 2D platformer, it's dynamic, fun and rewarding once you get to P ranks.

    Go play it! It's only 20 dollars.

    Very good game, it has a very good music, and if there is nothing perfect, the gameplay is the closest to perfection, the levels are very well made, i enjoyed playing it, and the graphics and the arts are very good!

    I hated the game at first, but then I heard the funny Italian pizza man scream as he jumped out of boiling pizza sauce Super Mario 64-Style and now I love it. Then I met Lario and now this is on my list for my potential game of the year.

    I really do think that Pizza Tower is one of the best games out there. Out of all the games I have played in the recent years, I have seen very rare games that were worse than this. This game is a literal masterpiece, I love it so much. It is influenced by Wario Land 4, Sonic, and carries on its unique elements as well. This game is literal perfection and you really must play it.

My brothers was really into this game, and I decided to give it a shot, and holy crap, it was one of the most fun I’ve ever felt playing a platformer. With a solid 6 hours of gameplay in the main game, the art style is incredibly easy to fall in love with, and the speedy mechanics make it all the more fun. Peppino is so much fun to zipWow! Wow wow! You can go through all of the levels again, to get the elusive P Ranks, which will take loads of trail and error, and a load more close calls. Overall, this is a must play game for me, who loves games where you just gotta go as fast as you can. You can get it on steam for $20, and I certainly reccomend it!… Expand

    pizza tower is the type of game you can probably play while half asleep and still have a great time. the ost is a **** JAM that you can listen to outside of the game and still know which level its for cus its that damn memorable. if you love warioland 4 and if you love highspeed platformers like sonic mania then youll love this game.
