As with many of the other tabletop PC ports, Pandemic is pretty faithful to its roots. If you're a fan of the board game and don't mind playing by yourself, you'll probably enjoy its PC iteration. The graphics, music, and user interface aren't terrible, but the giant buttons and dated graphics tend to call back to the early 2000s era of gaming. It feels like they took a lot of the mobile assets and didn't put much care into resizing them for the PC. With that being said, overall, Pandemic is a pretty fun and challenging game that's very topical at this point in time.

For some reason, it plays with 2 to 7 pandemic cards, and calls 4 epidemics normal and 5 epidemics hard. When you place subes at the beginning it is 3 cards gets 3 cubes, 3 cards gets 2 cubes and then 3 cards gets 1 cubes, but they reversed the order to 1, 2, 3. One time, I found a cure and some of the cubes on those cards that I handed in were removed, though when I checked to see if it happened later, it did not. I am playing some version of Pandemic bbut I'm not sure which one.
It gives you the event cards for On the Brink and the Vriulent Strain challenge, but there's much more from the On the Brink expansion that is not in the game. There are 13 characters.
The game reproduces the base game well and there is not too much too complain about. Once you finish, you cannot really revist how the game went, or even the finishing stats as the winning screen window to give you the option to go back.

If you're happy to play a solo version of Pandemic, then this game might be worth a try.

However, if you want to experience how Pandemic is truly meant to be played, this digital adaptation isn't it. Do yourself a favour, buy the physical board game and have your friends over for a board games night instead.
