    Extremely successful platformer whose greatest weakness is short game time. Advantages balance this problem fully with incredible playfulness, great logic puzzles and mainly delicious feeling of pure jumping.

    It might all sound rather serious, but Black Pants Studios make sure that fun is their highest priority. So while On Rusty Trails may present a gameplay formula that’s all too common in this current day and age, the fact that the game has the guts to convey such a relevant message elevates it beyond your traditional indie platformer.

    On Rusty Trails is a refreshing side-scroller with a handful of intriguing mechanics and a clever level design. It doesn't offer any originality, but it's very well-made and mostly enjoyable in the medium term.

    Rusty Trails may seem like the next indie platformer, but this is way above average. It keeps on coming with fresh and new challenges and the story is intertwined with the gameplay perfectly. It's such a pity the controls are not optimal and the ending is very sudden.

    Nice "platformer" with a very simple story "like two pennies", and high-quality game-play. Cornerstone - change colors from blue to red by jumping onto platforms of the desired color and avoid lasers/rains of the opposite color. I liked the whole game except for one - the bosses. There are two of them and they are ... uninteresting(but at least there are some here)... And the achievement of "10 thousand jumps". I used to sit and just push the button for couple an hours at the last levels (-_-)
    The game is worth the money and interesting. So, perhaps, I can recommend "thumbs up." But I’ll put a rating just normal next to a good one - 8 out of 10.    … Full Review »

    Nice high paced, a hardcore platformer with fitting visuals. My son absolutely loves this one.
