Apr 28, 2020Obey Me is a very decent action brawler and its protagonists earn all our sympathy, even though the story is not that compelling and the combat system shows some limitations.

May 8, 2020Obey Me is a solid debut from Error 404 Game Studios. It certainly has its flaws with its script and playthroughs can become repetitive, but there’s a lot to enjoy here. Combat is satisfying, its darker aesthetic works well and holds a lot of replay value, though it’s a game best experienced in smaller playthroughs. If you can get around its flaws, brawler fans will find a lot to like here and if you can play with a friend, it comes recommended.

CD-ActionJun 25, 2020An unusual mix of a lot of playability, some seasoned and some fresh ideas, an interesting world, and a huge dose of clunkiness. [07/2020, p.70]

May 4, 2020Obey Me has its shortcomings, but it’s quite enjoyable. Although there are better brawlers out there, if you’re looking for one with local coop, this can be a good option.

May 4, 2020If you're able to ignore the hokey storyline and amateurish writing, Obey Me is a decent action game.
