    NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits with its gameplay ideas is an interesting take on the jump'n'run genre, the play experience mostly sullied by unfair checkpoints. On a technical level, the PC version can't however deny the Wii roots. And Topware's box version is flat-out overpriced.

    It's a very good game for the asking price ($10), but you can get it when it's on sale on steam for far less at times. It's something thatIt's a very good game for the asking price ($10), but you can get it when it's on sale on steam for far less at times. It's something that kids would enjoy too. Good atmospheric music, controls are a bit strange, as I find movement best with the left hand arrow keys but the game requires you to use the mouse a lot of the time, but often you'll have to move and do stuff with the mouse at the same time. WASD movement is also available. Anyway, it's a good game. Short and sweet. I've been playing for 2-3 hours and i'm a bit more than halfway through the game. And i'm a fairly cautious gamer. Replay value is probably none. Still, I heartily recommend it :)… Full Review »
