Apr 16, 2021Every moment of NUTS is surprising and delightful; its first-time developers have created a world you’ll want to spend even longer in to explore more deeply, full of fantastic design choices and an intriguing story that gets better and better as it goes along.

Feb 5, 2021Games like Nuts don't come along very often. A compelling storyline and intriguing puzzles combine to create my favorite gaming experience of 2021, so far. Don't let it's simple demeaner fool you. There is far more going on under the hood than meets the eye. This is an investigation that deserves your attention, as soon as possible.

CD-ActionOct 12, 2021A game based around surveilling squirrels sounded like a guarantee of a boring afternoon, but thanks to its great art style and gripping mystery, Nuts turned out to be almost as good as Firewatch. [04/2021, p.50]

Feb 10, 2021Busting a nut-based mystery such as this one involves two parts: clever thinking and intuition. NUTS is a beautiful game, in aesthetic, design and atmosphere.

Jan 22, 2021Nuts is a relaxing puzzle adventure with an intriguing mystery inside its shell.

Feb 5, 2021Nuts had the potential to be something really special, but can’t quite see the forest for the trees.

Feb 3, 2021The core ideas are full of promise, but there's no follow-through. What ought to be a cheeky, charming celebration of a delightfully furry woodland creature is instead too rote, too dry, a neat idea undone by a lack of imagination. The only thing left to say is, well… nuts to that.

Jan 25, 2021In retrospect, I think Nuts is a game specifically tailored for the plodders, but also the catastrophists. It's for people who shuffle through life methodically, but have minds forever spiralling outwards with plans of possible chaos and misfortune. People who watch squirrels and are maybe a little jealous of their obvious agency, of the glittering clarity of the world in which squirrels seem to operate. Nuts, at times, is a real trip. Jan 22, 2021This is a game that has a lot of talent stacked up behind it. It’s just that for me, it ended up amounting to slightly less than the sum of its parts.

Dec 10, 2022NUTS tem um belíssimo visual, e o mistério que envolve os esquilos é bem interessante.
