Dec 12, 2020Incredible game with insane levels of replayability through infinite variations of spells and gameplay scenarios. Great modding community expanding the interaction and emergent gameplay. Unsettling atmosphere with many secrets. Definitely one of the best indie games this year, and certainly my favorite roguelite, by an extremely large margin.

Feb 20, 2022Crash your computer making nuke spells that destroy everything. EVERYTHING!

Feb 8, 2021With many hours of curious joy, I need to come here to put it on the record: Noita's a game I will be returning to my whole life. I can see myself playing this for hours as an insane grandfather with nobody visiting him. Hopefully!

Nov 12, 2020"Game is hard therefore 5/10." - people who get paid to review games.
"Game is crazy fun." - people with real lives who actually play games for fun. -
Sep 29, 2019Haven't seen such fun game in a while. A bit crazy, in a good way - and I hope it stays like that. If this is early access, can't wait to see what full release will be like.
-
Sep 27, 2019Outstanding physics design, impressive visuals and very fun to play.
One of the best indie games of the year. -
Nov 22, 2020Extremely good roguelike. Its rare that something genuinely new comes to the genre, but Noita manages that.
-
Oct 17, 2020Simply one of the best roguelikes/roguelites out there. Surprisingly deep game with tons of customization, enemy and level variety, and easter eggs. Even after tens of hours, you find new and unique stuff. Highly recommended.
-
Oct 16, 2020Terrible game. First, it crashes constantly. Second, the dev doesn't respond to attempts to contact. Third, the game just kills you with RNG. Fourth, recent changes make the game even more random for no reason.
1 star instead of 0 because it looks nice. -
Sep 25, 2019This game is great but also really challenging. Thanks to The Father, Vonzay for recommending.
-
Oct 22, 2020This game is hard but so much fun! Kinda like spelunky. good game!!!!! recommended!
-
Oct 27, 2020Fantastic game!
All witches strictly recommended!
One of the best indie games of the year. -
Nov 10, 2020Noita exists not to be played, but to be watched in trailer form. It may be thin and repetitive game with shockingly little polish and hundreds of examples of needless, fun-stopping complexity, but it does have some nice trailers. Loads of fun until you try to play it.

Dec 8, 2020I tried it because i was extremely bored and i will be completely honest, i made better video games with game-make program in 2007.
-
Dec 18, 2020This game didn't really keep my interest. Feels way overrated than it should be.
-
Nov 8, 2020If you were one of those kids that spent the vast majority of your computer class time playing sandbox physics games, throwing ragdolls down stairs, blowing up sand with napalm and fire, then this game is about to reignite everything that made you happy as a child.
In amazing fashion. -

Nov 13, 2020Conceptually it's interesting. It's deep and complex. But it isn't fun nor does it have any sort of meta-upgrade system that every roguelike has nowadays. I can't recommend this over Hades or Dead Cells.

Jun 4, 2022A cheap and fun indie-game. Thanks for sticking with the game by means of contionously updating it.
Appreciated. -

Nov 14, 2020Noita has original physics and gameplay. The variety of everything is making this game impossible to get bored. And the sound effects are pretty fine. Keep up with that good work Nolla Games.

Feb 7, 2021Noita is a truly innovative game, and because of that it may often feel frustrating to newcomers. For me though, exploring its mechanics and stumbling around in the game's world were one of the best experiences in gaming.
For anyone wanting to play this game, I would recommend to go in expecting failure, willing to learn and discover the game for himself. -
Apr 1, 2021An excellent, technically impressive game. Incredibly replayable and difficult, rich with secrets and mechanics, and rewarding of clever thinking. If you're patient and enjoy roguelikes, as well as exploration and experimentation, you'll like this game.
-
Feb 13, 2021The randomness of this game makes it really fun to play.
Also, the game mechanic is really complex and fun. -

Aug 18, 2023Very good game. I enjoyed playing this game a lot. I strongly recommend this.

Apr 27, 2021The hardest rougelite I've ever played, and a fun one at that! Don't know why people give this bad reviews, maybe they are just salty.
-
Jan 2, 2021good and challenging game that will take long enough to complete to perfection. Damn crazy Finns.

Nov 15, 2021One of my favorite games ever! 10/10 Incredible depth and infinitely replayable . Incredible art and programing makes this a very innovative and fun to learn game. 10/10
-
Nov 16, 2021Combining sandbox elements with a fully-developed physics engine and a roguelike structure was really smart from the devs. Countless hours of playtime and every run feels fresh. The only issue with the game is that losing is more punishing than any game I've ever played so they should have done something to combat the feeling of wanting to just quit after a run ends.

Nov 21, 2022completely destructible pixelated environment. crazy spell combos. high difficulty curve. spelunky type rogue-like. secrets inside secrets.
-
May 15, 2023Excellent graphics. Good physics. An infinite number of variations of the passage. There are secrets and parallel worlds. Interesting bosses and monsters
-
Jun 18, 2023The inclusion of physics in every dot is a kind of madness.
The replayability and the ease of death may not match the game in some aspects, but I can definitely recommend this roguelite action game as a fun game!
I recommend you to be very careful, as the difficulty level is quite high!

Apr 23, 2021And yes, there’s an engaging gameplay loop beyond all of the terrain and wand modification. There’s an eclectic variety of enemies in the myriad regions that players can explore, running the gamut from familiar antagonists such as rats, robots, and gunmen, to more wild creatures like sentient blobs of acid and all manner of tentacled eldritch horrors. The environments are similarly diverse and player exploration is constantly rewarded in the form of new spells, potions, and secret locations, among other things.

Nov 19, 2020I don’t envy any roguelike unfortunate enough to release immediately after Hades — that game made every run feel distinct and provided a persistent narrative justification for the repetition inherent to the genre. I obviously can’t expect smaller developers to match that effort, but what Hades does well underlines the fact that so many roguelikes let stellar ideas go to waste, lost amid endless monotony. Noita is a spectacular technical showcase in desperate need of a more fully-formed game.

Nov 12, 2020If you’re not bothered about kicking a thirty-plus minute run to the curb because you didn’t quite manage to piece together anything strong enough, or about dawdling around a bit in an attempt to grind for whatever may be needed to build a dream weapon, you might really enjoy Noita. It’s not exactly my cup of tea but I think I may have been taking it a little too seriously – sometimes it’s just fun to embrace the madness and see how far you can take it.
