This is Super Meat Boy if you took it, digested it, and puked it on the floor. No one would want to play with that, thank you very much.
You've only played a few minutes, and the game has already copied the saws, the seeking missiles, the general level design, everything.
The problem is that everything is similar, but bad instead of good.

Nothing feels right. The graphics are unappealing, the music gets on your nerve after about two and a half minutes, the controls suck (for instance, if you jump just as you're landing on the ground, sometimes it doesn't jump, it doesn't even do the double jump that it should do if it's still considering you're in the air, nope, the game just gives up and drops your input), the levels are lazy and repeat stuff (on top of copying it from SMB), its few original ideas are dumb (oh I'm gonna make an invisible wall appear right in your path, now start the level from the beginning again knowing that there is an invisible wall here).
And the worst thing, it doesn't even run well. It's an hardcore platformer, and it can't even run smoothly in the first level, sometimes you go right and you see the camera move normally, but often it looks choppy and it's just not fun to play and look at (And my PC can play the latest games on max settings, so it definitely doesn't come from that).
Playing Super Meat Boy right after playing this feels like you're breathing again after having held your breath for like 10 minutes straight.
