    All in, Neoverse is an adequate distraction to pick up and put down but if you want something truly engaging then wait for this one to roll out a few more updates first.

    I had a good time playing NEOVERSE – especially Hunter Mode – because at the end of the day the aesthetic of a deck builder doesn’t matter as it’s all about the cards. Finding the card synergies was fun, even though there weren’t too many to find, however because of the lack of cards I can’t see myself playing this game on and off for the next few years like I have with other deck builders. Hopefully NEOVERSE gets some attention from deck building fans, especially now it’s on Xbox Game Pass (at the time of writing), and Tino Games Inc. will add more cards as either a free update or paid DLC instead of charging for schoolgirl uniforms.

La razón principal es que no aporta nada que no se haya visto ya en otrosNeoverse no es un juego terrible, pero tampoco lo puedo recomendar. La razón principal es que no aporta nada que no se haya visto ya en otros juegos del género, y que además lo hacen mejor. La progresión en la partida tiene menos interés que en otros juegos, la variedad de personajes existe pero tampoco es tan grande la diferencia, y los enemigos tampoco son infinitamente variados. Para colmo de males, no tiene ni siquiera ni un vago intento de contar alguna historia. No es terrible en nada de esto, simplemente, como dije, hay juegos que han hecho todo esto mucho mejor.

    El apartado gráfico está bien, para lo que es el género, con unos modelos 3D que cumplen mejor de lo que uno esperaría. Aunque faltan animaciones, que al final se repiten demasiado las que hay. El sonido es flojo, tanto en música como en lo demás. Pero, al menos, en mi experiencia, no tiene bugs de importancia.

    Por todo eso no puedo recomendar Neoverse salvo que tengas mucho mono del género y te hayas jugado ya a todas las alternativas que hay y son mejores. Un 4.    … Full Review »
