Nov 10, 2020The only thing not working in this roguelite is the gameplay. That aside, there's nothing to dislike. In fact, there's nothing else at all.

Oct 9, 2020Ah yeah, another generic pixel-art indie roguelite. It's just Enter the Gungeon in side-scrolling perspective. Yay.
-
Jul 22, 2020Game was released with a lot of bugs, no testing, and day 1 DLC.
Furthermore, balancing is just wrong and broken in some places. Even before the dev team went and addressed the giant list of bugs, they were thinking of making more DLC.
This game should be in Early Access for 10 bucks. It's nothing more than a PR stunt, copy pasted Gungeon and Isaac, with more problems than good ideas. -
Jul 28, 2020A classic roguelike game does not have any extra features. Only the music is beautiful.

Dec 18, 2021Definitely best time lost game ever. I found ticket number 4 and open bonus stage but this stage don't passable epic version. Wiki page say restart your run because veewo games dont patch this stage. It is free but not playable games.

Jan 12, 2021Neon Abyss is a decent project in its genre, which simply lacks original mechanics and content.

CD-ActionOct 15, 2020What looks like a straightforward side-scrolling shooter with some platforming elements quickly turns out to be a rich (tons of items and upgrades!) and highly addictive roguelite. [10/2020, p.75]

Aug 9, 2020Neon Abyss is a fresh roguelike with tons of contents and items to unlock, just weighed down by certain inconsistencies in its development and mechanics. But in the end a funny retro platformer/shooter.
