    Murdered: Soul Suspect is a game that delivers... something. It certainly has charm and some style to it, but a lacking gameplay that tries and fails to fill your time with pointless enemies and a very lukewarm mystery cripple it. If you absolutely love ghosts, detectives and a dash of horror in your stories, much like myself, you will probably get enjoyment from it but don't expect to beMurdered: Soul Suspect is a game that delivers... something.     A total disappointment!
    The story itself was a great idea. It had a great potential. A dead detective wants to uncover the mystery behind his death in the dark world...but Square Enix couldn't really execute it well. The story was nonsense. The ending was nonsense. side missions were nonsense.
    Some positive points were graphics, and characteristic of main character, Ronan. His    A total disappointment!
    The story itself was a great idea. It had a great potential. A dead detective wants to uncover the mystery behind his death in the dark world...but Square Enix couldn't really execute it well. The story was nonsense. The ending was nonsense. side missions were nonsense.
    Some positive points were graphics, and characteristic of main character, Ronan. His personality was really cool.
    Overally it was a high-potential game which was destroyed by garbage story.

    Вполне себе пойдет на пару вечеров. Эту игру забудут спустя какое-то время.

    Это даже игрой назвать на самом деле сложно, тупо микрокино с ужасно скучным миром, отвратным дизайном уровней, пососным сюжетом ( из-за того, что мотивации то нет у убийцы), отсутствием атмосферы, и тд и тп. Про геймплей тупо молчу, беги туда, потом сюда и сложи 2+2 ( детектив 10 шерлоков из 10).Это даже игрой назвать на самом деле сложно, тупо микрокино с ужасно скучным миром, отвратным дизайном уровней, пососным сюжетом ( из-за того, что мотивации то нет у убийцы), отсутствием атмосферы, и тд и тп.     Murdered: Souls Suspect is a great concept with not great everything else. It's seems very unforunate all around, with the story being so forgetable that it's incredible, and the gameplay being unremarkable at best. There's not much to say, except for the fact that I wish someone makes this very game again, but with a bigger budget and more effort and talent put into development

    Este juego es una joya, he visto las reseñas negativas y en general se habla de que el juego es muy facíl o que las mecanicas dejan que desear ,pero en realidad todo eso es un añadido, lo verdaderamente importante dentro de este juego es la historia y poder sentirte inmerso en ella. como detective nuestra mision es descubrir quien nos asesino y en el camino ayudar a otros fantasmas aEste juego es una joya, he visto las reseñas negativas y en general se habla de que el juego es muy facíl o que las mecanicas dejan que desear ,pero en realidad todo eso es un añadido, lo verdaderamente importante dentro de este juego es la historia y poder sentirte inmerso en ella. como detective nuestra mision es descubrir quien nos asesino y en el camino ayudar a otros fantasmas a lograr ir al más alla. el juego más que un reto intenta contarte una historia con la cual puedas empatizar le doy un 10 porque al fin y al cabo logra su cometido.… Expand

    отличная история, очень напоминает по жанру интерактивные кино, на минималках. Советую всем кому нравятся игры quantic dream

    I'm a fan of both Sherlock holmes movies, so I love a good detective job. But in the game part, they usually can't do detective games. I saw that clearly in this game as well. You don't feel like a detective, because finding cases is not difficult at all. The tempo of the game is very repetitive. Gameplay is so boring. There is very little to do around. You just want to focus on the story.I'm a fan of both Sherlock holmes movies, so I love a good detective job. But in the game part, they usually can't do detective games. I saw that clearly in this game as well. You don't feel like a detective, because finding cases is not difficult at all. The tempo of the game is very repetitive. Gameplay is so boring. There is very little to do around. You just want to focus on the story. But the game expels demons, which is incredibly boring. On the story side, I think the story of the game is good There's a good twist at the end, I admit. But I was bored until I finished the game. I wish the parts where we fight the demons were more action-packed. Stealth is so boring and unnecessary.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Graphics are sucks because even with a powerful pc , the fps is stuck to 30. And you can't really fix it.
    Fight mechanics are sh*t. But when you go along with the story you know what to do. So it is fine.
    My problem is with afterlife part though. It doesn't give you the satisfaction you looking for. If you watched some horror movies/tv shows you figure how it will end half way through the game.
    After all , it is an old game. Buy it on sale. Play it for the story.    … Expand

    The game gets an A for effort, but unfortunately the same can't be said of the core gameplay mechanics, which are dull and repetitive. The storyline is engaging, but other than that there's not much to write home about. [Aug 2014]
