Collect feathers to return to Asgard in this laid-back puzzle-platformer.

Some cleverly crafted puzzles, a functional main gameplay mechanism (albeit not so original) and a decent variety of levels and gimmicks to spice up the later challenges contribute to a very good summer option for puzzle platformer lovers.

With clever puzzles but also poor graphics and story, the final feeling is positive. As the difficulty is above average, the game is recommended only for the fans of the genre.

As a whole, Munin is fun. The gimmick of world manipulation is done well, and each level uses the mechanic to its full potential with some clever puzzles.

A nice puzzle game, based on a simple but entertaining idea.

The difficulty curve is staggering, which may force you to find ways of completing a level beyond what they intended.

As a puzzle game, it has a lot of potential, but the level of difficulty and lack of any sort of help means I can only recommend it to fans of truly devious spacial puzzling; anyone after a lighter brain-teaser should look elsewhere.

A pure puzzle experience that fans of the genre will definitely enjoy, hard and engaging, even though it's not particularly outstanding in any of its aspects.

It might seem easy in the beginning, but things will get complicated fast enough, to the point where it starts lacking balance. It's still an interesting and different puzzle games, but don't expect it to be kind with your mistakes.

The scenarios that want to give a glimpse of Norse mythology are evocative and impressive, but alone are not enough to convince, especially if not supported by a real plot that could prevent an exaggerated fraying of the basic concept.

If you’re looking for something to turn on occasionally and give you a good brain tease, then you might be satisfied with Munin. If you’re looking for something you can sink your teeth into and walk away from with fond memories, I’m afraid that Munin is as ephemeral as feather on the wind.

Munin falls into a middle of the road game for me. While the artwork, music and story were strong, the actual gameplay fluctuated between too easy and way too hard far too frequently, and the controls were unreliable enough to add to the difficulty.

The gameplay is so far removed from the legends, and the story is so bare-bones, that the setting rarely feels meaningful. Thanks in large part to its more frustrating puzzles, Munin ends up feeling too long. It has its moments of brilliance, but ultimately it doesn't have the legs (or wings) to let it reach the heights of similar games in the genre.

There's no denying that the puzzles in Munin aren't interesting, but in most cases it brings you more frustration than joy. The high difficulty and lack of story make it only suitable for the real puzzle fans.
