A cheap motorbikes game that manages to entertain but doesn't offer a deeper or polished driving experience.

Only with great indulgence, Moto Racer 4 can be described as a mediocre arcade racer. Unfortunately, the game was one of those unpleasant moments of being a reviewer and the only ray of light is Artefact Studios to provide a series of effective balancing patches.

Moto Racer 4 isn't certainly the series' return we were hoping for. It's an obviously rushed title, made in the hopes of gaining money thanks to the brand's name.

A disappointment, even when compared to mobile games. I’ve never been bored while playing a game involving high-speed motorcycles and bikers doing radical stunts, but I suppose there’s a first time for everything. Fans of the original games should steer clear of this game, as it will only disappoint you.

Moto Racer 4 is far from the revival we had hoped for. With awful graphics, an appalling technical side of things, a boring gameplay and a horrendous soundtrack we still don't understand why it's sold for so much money.

And if you loved the first Moto Racer (it was great), then you will like this one. I've been missing the first one for a long time - wishing I could play it again, but no way without an old computer. Moto Racer 4 is the answer. It plays exactly the same, so much so it's nostalgic. Which is great! If you look at it as if this is just a major update to the original game, then it's awesome. The interface is easy and quick, the sound is awful (so annoying you almost want to mute it in some of the dirt bike races), the graphics are not great (but I don't think they were meant to be), and the races are arcade-fun and fast. I feel like the developers wanted to revisit the original game because that is the only one that was any fun. Full Review »

It's always nice to see an old-school arcade racer. No open world, fast paced gameplay, easy to pick up, split screen - it's all here. AndIt's always nice to see an old-school arcade racer. No open world, fast paced gameplay, easy to pick up, split screen - it's all here. And unfortunately it's all bad. The controls suck, graphics are bad, difficulty is just unfair and frustrating and the sounds are horrible! There are some nice ideas in this game but it's just no fun. Just buy the fantastic trackmania turbo instead. Full Review »

TL;DR at the bottom for those with little time to spare :)

Moto Racer 4 is at it's core, an arcade game. However, where I can normally enjoy arcade racing games such as DiRT 3 and SSX, Moto Racer 4 is an unfinished mess. The game has some sense of humour with it's parody-like characters and such, but it just lacks depth. The visuals are passable and the gameplay is simple enough, but it just doesn't feel finished...what a disappointment...

    TL;DR
    Nice enough visuals
    Some sense of parody
    Controls well enough
    Feels rushed
    Lacks depth

    Final Score: 4/10
