    Great Game!!!! I can't believe that some bloke rates it a 5 cos' he can't get over level 4!!!! I'm at level 14 (Empire value of $40000 )...without cheats!!! you just have to be fast and think like a business man!!!

    This game would be mediocre, but an awesome music track, multi-layer competitive gameplay, and reasonable-good graphics raise this collection of 1s and 0s above the standard Tycoon game. Well done, Infogrames.

There's a relatively steep learning curve as you get used to everything, but as soon as you hit the top of the learning curve, everything becomes easier, except for the actual game itself. the game is challenging, and there have been times where the situation turned downright frustrating, but man is this game great! damn the people who rated it low for not being This game is great!     Can't figure out why this game isn't more popular. Sure it is rough around the edges, but it is very deep for its simplicity. The game is also ahead of its time graphically, even if it looks ugly by today's standards. If you are a fan of the simulation genre, I can not recommend this game enough, even with its steep learning curve.

    Deep Red took their time and reinvented both the "Sim City" model, the Monopoly board game, and created something that's bold, new, and still reminiscent of both sources.
