    A stunning technical achievement. Controls feel amazing on the standard Xbox One controller, but I have to use the keyboard for the throttle. This is my game of the year so far. The in depth flight school is very well made I feel like I could fly a plane now. I flew over my house and it actually looked like my house. I also took a flight from Las Vegas Airport and found the Hoover dam andA stunning technical achievement.     Boring after 10 minutes. Graphically, the game is incredible, I'll give it that. But after spending around 10 minutes flying over areas near/close to where I live, I got SO bored. Not to mention the ridiculous downloading time. I'd heavily recommend saving your money and instead using Google Earth. If you love planes however... I'd still suggest using Google Earth.

    Could not play due to the game crashing everytime I booted it up. The time I did get it running i was literally getting 3 fps. I had to turn everything off and this game would not run at all. Horrible experience.

    El juego esta rotisimo deberian pulirlo mas creo que debieron esperar mas tiempo para sacarlo

    Tienes mucho micropagos exagerados.
    Los graficos son buenos pero cuando bajas en algunos lugares parecen graficos de Xbox 360 o Xbox clasico.
    Tiene mucho lag y muchos errores bajones etc...
    Yo creo que si alguien que quiere ser piloto puede que le guste el juego pero tiene muchos micropagos inecesarios,etc...

    It is a technical achievement but the game is a cash grab hidden behind Gamepass. If you want higher quality airports for some major locations you need to buy the more expensive versions. You want more planes, you need to pay for the high price versions of the game. Gamepass is a monthly subscription service, why do you have to pay more for the fully featured game.     What a shi* game. Do not buy it. it is waste of money.
    I know it is just a game simulator but somhow i kinda miss gameplay. Even goat simulator on Steam looks much more creative and elaborate.

    El juego es un dolor de cabeza... No está optimizado para correr en mi PC es decir tengo una un procesador icore9 con una rtx1080ti no debería ser un problema encima me la paso más esperando a que cargue... Una farsa la verdad, no se en que estaba pensando al compran este simulador quizá pensé que por ser algo nuevo sería bueno pero que va! Es basura

Primero q todo no es juego es un simulador con muy buena aprobación por aviadores amateur y profesionales pero esta entrega está mal optimizada pues su antecesor juego era mucho mejor en optimización, aquí no menosprecio sus gráficos pues está muy bien en ese apartado la cuestión está en q el juego cuando lo descargas en steam llega muy buggueado además de q hay fallos en control de slide pues solo permite la marca Thrustmaster 1 buenos gráficos , los mejores visto hasta ahora

    It's been 2 days since release.....I have yet to get even into the main menu.
    At first it was crashing in "Press any key" screen, so I couldn't even download the sim. Somehow after many hours and trying many things, that was solved. I was finally able to download, which probably took 10 hours...should've been quicker with my internet but fine. Now, it crashes after "checking for updates",    It's been 2 days since release.....I have yet to get even into the main menu.

    Sinceramente gráficamente es 10/10( si estas arriba volando claro si te acercas veras que los gráficos parecen ser de xbox260/ps3), tiene micropagos exagerados si quieres más aviones necesitas pagar un precio muy alto para lo que se quiere. Además para ser un simulador tiene muy pocas interacciones con el avión( los botones de la cabina y las palancas de vuelo).

    Not to mention the added bonus of terrible forced elevator music that cannot be silenced during your quick 9 hour install. Whatever, guess I had nothing better to do then mess around with an unfinished game being promoted relentlessly by youtube stooges.

    I really wasn't onboard with trusting Microsoft to make a game like this and actually execute it well. I guess I can go back to hating Microsoft again.    … Expand

    The game is unplayable, in my case 10 - 15 minutes on the loading screen every time I die and sometimes it crashes in the air! Is incredible. The game is bad that I have to lower it to medium in graphics because it goes to 10 fps in ultra, I do not recomemend it. Luckily the game may be returned on Steam. PD: The ground textures are horrendous and there are flying cars

    What you have, is people like me paying €70-120 for:
    1) a game that takes 6+ hours to download and install, amid freezes and crashes 2) a game that frequently crashes when you finally manage to install it 3) a game where people don't get the extra content they paid for 4) a game where you don't get a refund because    Microsoft's mismanagement of the launch has resulted in a spectacle.
    What you have, is people like me paying €70-120 for:

    1) a game that takes 6+ hours to download and install, amid freezes and crashes
    2) a game that frequently crashes when you finally manage to install it
    3) a game where people don't get the extra content they paid for
    4) a game where you don't get a refund because the download time counts as playtime

    These are not imaginary problems. You can read about them in the Steam pages, you can read about them in the Microsoft Store, you can read about them in forums. The fact that websites like Kotaku has written "fix it" articles clearly shows that these problems are real and, above all, frequent enough to warrant writing articles about. If these problems were rare they would not write about them. They are valid arguments offering a warning to potential buyers, not "review bombing": these things happened and are still happening, they are facts.

    It's therefore very clear and obvious why some people - who paid lots of money for this thing - would be very, very angry. We did not pay all that money for something worse than an Alpha-test build, we paid for a finished functioning game.

    If you paid €70-120 for a game that did all of the above to you, you would be equally as angry.
    If the game works perfectly for you, great, but try to put yourself in other people's shoes.

    Next time, maybe you won't be as lucky, maybe the next game you buy will have equally as many problems, while it works perfectly for your neighbors. You would also be shouting to be heard, amidst all the 10/10 ratings.

    I would love to write a proper review, but it turns out I have paid €80 for a game that only crashes after a very frustrating 6+ hour download-and installation process. My system meets the suggested hardware requirements, and I have tried every single listed solution championed by other gamers who experienced similar problems.    … Expand

    I can't play it. It just won't load. I tried running it as an administrator, reinstalled it 4 times...nothing works :S So I'm sitting here watching youtube videos and waiting for Microsoft to fix this.

    Me faltan aviones y aeropuertos, me siento estafado.
    De lejos se ve bien, pero de cerca, a vuelo raso, se ve como la 360 o peor.

    Esto no es un videojuego, es un somnífero digital. No satisface ni a los aficionados a la simulación ni a los jugadores casuales. Para los pilotos profesionales, Maicrosof Flai simuleitor no es más que un jueguito cutre; para los gamers, uno de los métodos más efectivo para coger el sueño (mejor que los fármacos o que contar ovejas).

    El apartado gráfico es deficiente, el entorno solo se ve decentemente cuando vuelas a unos 40.000 píes de altura, pero, cuando te acercas a superficie terrestre, descubres que los escenarios son de cartón piedra. A ras de suelo las texturas son extremadamente pobres (de juego de 32 bits) y los "vehículos" (lo que se supone que son vehículos) flotan como los globos de una fiesta de cumpleaños. El mundo es muy grande, sí, pero los elementos que hay en él son parecidos a los del decorado de una maqueta. Lamentable.

    Sobre la jugabilidad no hay mucho que decir, es simple, monótona, soporífera... Si buscas diversión, este «juego» no es para ti. Bueno, como no pretendo hacer un análisis muy extenso, pero sí preciso, voy a ir directo al punto, Maicrosof Flai Simuleitor es una absoluta cagada, sin matices, no podría salvarlo ni aunque lo sacaran para PlayStation, por lo tanto, mi calificación es un 1/10.     Le doy un cero y lo explico bien claro. Los aviones no disparan, no tienen armamento no podes matar a nadie ni meter un gol, pa que sirve pasar por arriva de un estadio si nadie esta jugando. En mi maquina me va re lento entonces esta mal optisaso

    Los mapas son creados de manera muy mala en mi experiencia me tope con muchos fallos. Y como simulador deja mucho que desear. Muchos bugs que hacen que la experiencia no se disfrute, desde la calidad de los mapas, no es realista con la ciudad en la que estas. Las fisicas tampoco son reales hice choques de prueba y nada.

    El PC se sobrecalienta a niveles muy altos, teniendo una 2080 ti y un i7, no puedo correrlo ni a 60 fps. El Port de este juego es más cutre que el del gta IV. Parece un juego de 2006, literalmente. Con estar a 10 km ya se nota que la calidad de un edificio es bazofia. Después de haber venido del The Last of Us Parte II, este juego (gráficamente) es como dar limonada a un perro. Un 0 merecido.

    Buenos paisajes en general pero muy aburrido, lo probé en gamepass que bueno que no pagué por el, instálalo para que te quites la curiosidad pero solo si tienes gamepass, ha habido muchos problemas de reembolso a quienes lo compraron.

    У меня есть подозрение,что человек,который отвечал за достопримечательности и аэропорты России,чем-то болен.В городе Волгоград основным аэропортом почемуто в игре считается аэродром.А ВМЕСТО РОДИНЫ МАТЬ СТОИТ ОГРОМНЫЙ ДОМ.Вот именно из-за этой оплошности и стоит оценка 0.

    El juego está roto en steam. tarda demasiado en descargar , la misma descarga se rompe después de pasar unos minutos, además por lo que me he dado cuenta consume horas de juego sin jugar, reembolsado.

    Proces instalacji okropny. Gra cały czas się zawiesza na pasku ładowania, żaden sposób na to nie pomaga. Jak na 90GB do pobrania jest to niedopuszczalne.

    I would buy it again without hesitation! The whole world at your finger tips, they got it covered! very good for first release and can only get better from here.. plenty of places to go runway hopping.. They actually had a destination of a pasture this local guy of mine flies his old crop duster near the house.. was amazing to see.. thumbs up!

    Espectacular define este juego, para mi el mejor juego de la historia donde la confundes a veces la realidad de los paisajes y el pilotaje de los aviones, lo he probado en el game pass pero me lo pillare la versión digital. Una obra maestra como esta no debe faltar en mi pc.

    jogo bem fraquinho. demoraram quase 3 decadas pra fazer uma continuação e é bem frustrante o resultado final. uma copia barata do google imagens e todo bugado e com graficos de geração passada.

    Excelente simulador, el fotorrealismo obtenido es simplemente ESPECTACULAR, lo jugue el dia de ayer y no podia creér los maravillosos paisajes que pueden obtenerse a partir de los mapas de Google Earth.     No se como un excelente juego podría dividir opiniones, es un parte aguas tecnológicamente hablando sin mencionar lo divertido que es tanto para iniciados como para expertos. Si los propios aviadores lo avalan, estamos ante el mejor simulador de la historia y los buenos jugadores le damos la nota que merece por méritos propios.

    Excelente juego, sin duda te da una inmersión total a la hora de despegar y empezar a volar, me parece increíble como puedes ir a donde tu quieras, y hasta ver como está realmente aquella parte del mundo, ya que lo puedes ver con el clima y hora REAL!
    Sé que está un poco pesado para correrlo en una PC estándar pero si tienes la capacidad de correr algo así, sin duda alguna, cómpratelo.

    Excellent game, if you suffer from sleeping problems it helps you a lot since in a maximum of half an hour you will be asleep; better than asmr 10/10 recommended.

    Buen juego, gráficos medianamente logrados. Llega hacer monótono y aburrido. La misma mecánica de anteriores sagas solo que con gráficos mejores. Este género de juego no es para todos.

    A total mess of a game.

    First there is the installer. I bought it on Steam. Steam downloads a 500mb package which loads you into the game for it to download about 100gb of content. This installer took hours and hours and kept crashing and needing to be restarted.     Then there is the game itself when it finally did finish downloading. The planes feel really weird. Everything feels so light and twitchy and overly sensitive. FSX had more realistic handling than this. The UI is clunky and awkward. Many of the aircraft controls do nothing and aren't implemented and the ATC is ripped straight from FSX.

    The scenery in the UK looked awful. Generic buildings that look completely out of place. London looks absolutely nothing like the real city. Really quite bad considering they have the gall to charge you £60 extra for Heathrow airport. They could at least make the city it's connected to vaguely resemble the real thing.

    The worst part though, is that the game would randomly crash. I didn't get further than 5 minutes on any flight without it just freezing and exiting to desktop for no reason. This is on a reasonably high end machine with updated drivers, Windows updated, and using Nvidia's optimal settings for the game.

    To me it just felt overall like this game was nowhere near ready for release and was just rushed out the door to make a quick buck. It's really quite confusing why critics have scored this game so highly and seem to have ignored it's many faults.    … Expand

    It’s not just a game, it’s a phenomenon. It lets you explore literally the whole planet – cities, mountains, lakes, rivers, even my house was there – from the cockpits of 20-30 (depends on the version of the game) airplanes. Flying experiences are also great and vary from machine to machine. I’m sure I’ll be returning to MFS for years to come. [11/2020, p.38]

    When all is said and done, Microsoft Flight Simulator in its current state reminds me a lot of Sea of Thieves shortly after launch. The game has a lot of promise and a lot of potential, but it is marred by a number of issues that keep it from really shining. Once the issues have been worked out in six months or a year from now, I fully expect Microsoft Flight Simulator to be a must-have title. Right now, unless you are a hardcore flight sim fanatic, I would pass on buying the premium version and just stick to playing the basic version that's included with GamePass.
