    I finished this game on both ps4/pc no bugs or lags. Perfect game. Thanks to developers.

I mean only the last chapter was kinda acceptable the rest was really bad , the fact that the type of ending you get depends on how much of a good person you were throughout the game is absurd I mean what the heck ? just because you are a good person heavy radiation doesn’t kill you ? Let’s talk about the bugs , oh my god sometimes it’s unplayable, those frame rate drops different objects constantly going in other objects. Shooting behind the edges is not accurate at all ! Gunplay isn’t good as well , sometimes it feels this game physics were based on gravity on moon because when you start running on uneven surface it feels like your are flying . Overall I don’t suggest the game just go read the novel and enjoy the nice story , this game is really overrated and awfully optimized.… Expand

    I wish they would have just went one way or the other, open world or true to the metro cramped underground levels. I like the tactical combat, hated the fake morality system and ending it's tied to. I enjoyed the Caspian and Volga open worlds but they were fairly shallow as far as side missions and exploration. The obnoxious predictable "taking away all your weapons" to introduce garbage other ones, ugh The cringey dialogue and mandatory stuff that went along with it was really bad. Dumb characters and story overall. STILL has bugs today but the crashing seems to be patched up, if you still have that the answer is usually to turn off aa and turn most things down. I didn't really get into the replaying levels much after finishing kinda boring. SLOW loading times. Map system sucks. Boat mechanics are garbage, the mighty commando can't swim I guess and it's very frustrating to find where you can get off the boat in some levels.
    -DLC 1 is just an extended cutscene with some flamethrower combat, almost could just be a free dlc of cut from the main game flashback etc
    -DLC 2 is actually pretty good. This is where you can see the garbage that the "map" mechanic is, when you have to go online to find where to go then you have failed game design. Terrible boat mechanics are also highlighted in this one.    … Expand

It is worse than vsync triple buffering! When i move mouse, i can literally see the time: it takes for crosshair to move to a next position. I can't even follow target with mouse. Ai is completely oblivious to you 90% of time and than they insta one shot kill you... I would have to start over by the time i realized that, so annoying. My sniper doesn't hit guy, when directly aiming at him, but he kills me on 100m with shotgun through 10 cm hole mkay... I don't know why we get so much high input lag games today, worse than in 2000. I guess it's terrible optimization... This game is terrible even on medium difficulty and level design is bad and bugged. You can't get up and than you die to flying mutant and have to replay whole part again... There is so high input lag, you can't hit anything even on medium it is problem many times... Whole experience is so bad, i am done uninstalling...… Expand

    In my opinion, Metro Exodus deserves the title of the game of 2019, but alas, no. The game itself is very good, the plot is good, it was very interesting to know how the story of Artyom and his friends will end. The world itself and the supporting characters were good, and especially the Volga, a good location. In particular, I would like to highlight the endings, as for me, they are very good :)

    2021 Enhanced Edition. To me, gaming experience is the most important. The game experience director should be fired, there were countless frustrating and time wasting moments for me, like, seriously frustrating, which could be avoided if they spend a little thought to think about the player's perspective.     Ignoring some bugs; this game is the ultimate fps survival/craft game. Story is pretty alright, mechanics work and athmosphere... Just play this f*cking game, you won't regret it.

    absolutely fantastic story, amazing graphics (even with a lower system), good gameplay and avasome final. Not just this game, all metro trilogy games are very good.

    I got the game for $12 on Epic game store, and it is worth every penny. The graphics are gorgeous, and the story is rich and satisfying. The soundtrack is close to perfect. Unlike past Metro games, Exodus includes several open world sections, and it is a lot fun exploring different environments and collecting gun components.     Would've been amazing, but some flaws hold it back.

    The Good - so much natural dialogue. Adds life to crew - dialogues with Anna are deep and gives you a deeper connection with her and your future above metro - a lot of extra optional dialogue and cutscenes that playout regardless if you're there or not making the environment feel alive, especially with life on the train. -    Would've been amazing, but some flaws hold it back.

    The Good

    - so much natural dialogue. Adds life to crew

    - dialogues with Anna are deep and gives you a deeper connection with her and your future above metro

    - a lot of extra optional dialogue and cutscenes that playout regardless if you're there or not making the environment feel alive, especially with life on the train.

    - your char is very vulnerable

    - you are very weak. It's realistic. You can get tired from sprinting a bit

    - you can choose to sit down and sometimes and listen to some lore.

    - variety of locations, with different weather and elements - you gain parts by taking mushrooms, but you lose light. Interesting trade-off.

    - the mutants are really well done. Some of the sea creatures are really nasty looking.

    - Ending wraps things up nicely.

    The Bad

    - hit detection is **** Enemy can be peeking behind cover with your reticule right over them. But it won't hit.

    - artyom has no voice, despite having monologues during loading screen

    - not having dialogue makes him feel like a shell

    - if you kill someone with a crossbow from far away, and other enemies see their comrade die, they automatically know where you are despite you being out of sight

    - you can be not in line of sight of opponent and they will still see you sometimes

    - enemies can be extremely difficult to spot sometimes especially if they have camo because there is no indicator or outline of their char model

    - tall grass and bushes do nothing in this game. Enemies will still see you if they've already spotted you.

    - the accent is very heavy, making it hard to understand if you aren't familiar with Russian accent english

    - some enemies sound like they are right next to you, but they're actually pretty far away.

    - checkpoints should be placed better. There should be a checkpoint right before are radioactive exploration area, and not a checkpoint while you're exploring are radioactive area. Because if you run out a filters and have not enough stuff to craft more then you are guaranteed to die. And if your checkpoint is one minute before you run out then you're screwed.

    - scripted boss fights are the worst. And the second mutant bear boss fight is just that. Worst part is that there's a believer with the lights behind it that makes you think you need to use it, but you can't. You have to damage the boss a lot then take damage purposely to trigger a cutscene, to end the fight.    … Expand

    По началу интересный сюжет , есть логика и в принципе играть интересно . Дальше начинается конечно бред , особенно когда тебе дают арбалет , я даже подумал , что в farcry 4 играю . По поводу концовки не поддерживаю разработчиков . Серия была интересная , но помимо того , что саму игру " вывели из метро " , так и не дают рашерам хорошую концовку . То есть я должен тратить кучу времени наПо началу интересный сюжет , есть логика и в принципе играть интересно . Дальше начинается конечно бред , особенно когда тебе дают арбалет , я даже подумал , что в farcry 4 играю . По поводу концовки не поддерживаю разработчиков .     This game impressed me so much. As a fun of the Metro universe, I expected a good story in the post-apocalyptic world. Devs did a good game which i've played till now!

    It's a perfect action adventure game. Metro Exodus have great maps, fascinating musics and immersive scenario. When you're playing Metro Exodus you can feel and understand the post apocalyptic world and the peoples psychology and attitudes.
    But it has some bugs and performance issues...

    If you are a fan of this franchise, play it, all that you love is here, with additional polish and a few wonderful tastes of player freedom. If you are a fan of immersive shooters, play it, both the shooting and the immersion are second to none. Just be aware that some things might work a little bit differently here than you’re used to.

I can safely call the    A breath of fresh air, amid the suffocating dominance of tasteless, boring, tolerant and soulless games of our time.
    The finale of a great story about faith, hope, perseverance, loyalty and Love. Yes, who did not understand - this story is not about survival in a post-apocalyptic world, not about mutants, not about murder, but about something completely different. I can safely call the Metro trilogy the most anti-war story in existence. It seems to me that every politician, every person who believes that "war is cool", everyone who invents weapons of mass destruction and especially those who are responsible for their use, simply must pass this game.

    Russian people, the crew of the Aurora, are shown as realistic as possible, I speak as an ethnic Russian. The game was not made in the West, so you will not see any nonsense in the form of vodka, matryoshka, kalinka-malinka and other delusional Hollywood fantasies. The main characters of Aurora, they say, act and behave as they would most likely behave in real life. So if you have never seen a real Russian from Russia, but you really want to, then this game can help you a little to see them, at least with one eye. Of course, there is a small exploitation of the Soviet theme and some caricature nuances that are not found in real life, but which were made specifically for a wide audience from different countries, for better perception and immersion, but in general, these small stereotypes are not critical and if you are an adult, an adequate person, then perceive everything correctly. However, there is one huge " but " - English voice acting. It's just AWFUL. The English dubbing is so unprofessional that it's just disgusting. Absolutely the whole atmosphere is lost. English voice actors who simply read out the text with a caricatured, cranberry Russian accent, absolutely do not understand what is happening on the screen. They completely misinterpret the intonation of the voice and the emotions of the characters. Because of this, the true meaning of the dialogues is completely lost. I advise you to play only with Russian voice acting and subtitles in your native language. However, do what you want. After all, judging by the local comments, many people played this game just like a shooter, absolutely not using their brain and heart. But you should know that if you passed the game with a good ending and did not cry, then you are either still a child, or just a soulless, heartless freak. Of course, I would like to mention Anna separately. dear, dear Anya...a ray of hope, an Aurora talisman, and the other half of our soul. A woman, thanks to whom, I personally, rethought the very concept of "woman". Away from Aurora, wherever you are, you will only be warmed by the thought that she is waiting for you back. It does not clog the ether with useless chatter, it is not a burden, it does not whine or complain. She acts on an equal footing with everyone, makes her own contribution and is ready at any moment to risk her life for the sake of her comrades-in-arms and for the sake of her beloved man. A real woman, a real feminism. More than once I asked myself the question, would I be able to go to hell like Artyom and come back for the sake of my beloved woman? And you know, yes, I would go to the very depths of hell for such a woman and for true Love. In any case, you are waiting for an unthinkable, full of suspense and danger adventure. You will meet many different people, see how the War makes people monsters that are much more terrible than those that are generated by radiation. You will see people who, despite all the madness and horror, have not lost their human form, have not lost faith, hope, kindness and humanity. You yourself will have to go through a difficult test and understand who you really are, a man or another ugly spawn of War. You will find real comrades, friends who will become a real family for you, and the decrepit Aurora will become your real home. A home where you are truly expected, loved and respected.
    Even if it's just a game, just a story for a few nights, but this story changed me and from now on and forever, it will remain a part of my heart, a part of my soul.

    The worst game is the series(so far). Spent 4 hours and im done with it. I just can't handle this ****
    At first for first 2 hours of the game thare are only about 20 minutes of actually gameplay. Year sure i paid full price for (non)interactive movie. Great.
    On river section i found a B O A T. Fking boat. Just hate this thing. I can't imagine humanbeing who decided add a boat with such a    The worst game is the series(so far). Spent 4 hours and im done with it. I just can't handle this ****

    Nowdays every fking game turns into a hobo simulator and half of your gameplay is collecting shrooms what you difenetly better not eat.

    I like the graphics, but honestly game looks exactly the same as Metro Last Light as i remember it.

A Metro for a new generation.

    Exodus starts off much like the others � you play as the stalwart Artyom, hero of the Metro and former member of the Spartan Order, who now spends his time lugging a radio up to the surface to search for the survivors he believes must still populate the world. Just as in the books, Artyom is a firm believer that the life human beings have in the Metro isn�t worth living, at one point comparing the tunnel dwellers to the mushrooms they grow (a quote I�m very sad was left out). But Artyom continues his investigation and poking his fingers into the wrong pie, is forced to leave Moscow behind, Spartan companions and his wife, Anna in tow.    … Expand

    Metro:Exodus на данный момент лучшая игра в которую я играл. Игра очень проработаная, а от концовки наворачивались слёзы. Больше всего меня впечатлило на сколько детально проработан мир, и какая работа проделана. Но всё же баги присутствуют, это может быть не заметно, но очень портит общую картину игры.     Metro has always been a very niche game series with poor storytelling, broken stealth and unsatisfying shooting mechanics, which are offset by original setting. The same is true for Exodus, although it also adds "pointless open world" to the pile. [Issue#236, p.28]
