    Memory Lost has an interesting core mechanic, and it creates complex combat puzzles around it. Playing on Normal, the game requires players to move fast and aim well but also to constantly plan when to swift into another body and consider which is best suited for the tactical situation. When everything clicks, battles are exciting and fluid. Unfortunately, the story doesn’t give gamers much to keep them engaged if frustration with gameplay kicks in. And the game’s presentation is decent but not spectacular. Memory Lost will please players who have a fondness for action and can tolerate some issues but might struggle to find a wider audience.

However, its narrative shortcomings and technical imperfections prevent it from reaching its full potential. While it may not be a perfect cyberpunk experience, Memory Lost offers a unique and often thrilling ride through a dystopian world if you can put up with the control mechanics.

    It is very hard to out right recommend or shun the game. Is it the next Hotline Miami? no. But did I have fun, and laughed out loud? Yes. If you want the experience of borderlands humour at its peak and a challenging combat experience then you can pick up “Memory Lost” on steam right now.

    Sporting dystopian atmosphere in an interesting Cyberpunk world, Memory Lost occasionally finds its violent groove with fast-paced action and engaging combat. However, the lack of quality storytelling and frustrations in the consistency of its mechanics means it'll malfunction like a badly inserted augment. Memory Lost won't be remembered fondly by everyone, but there'll be a view who'll find peaceful remembrance in its chaotic brand of violence.
