    Memento Mori is a heavily story-driven point'n click game with beautiful graphics and great musical score. The plot twists and turns nicely during the game. Unfortunately the puzzle design isn't very original and most of the puzzles aren't very challenging, although moving the puzzle solving to 3D does make some of the problems seem new and refreshing. The voice acting is occasionally very annoying but you get used to it. Overall Memento Mori is a good purchase for an adventure gamer Both its story and the shocking finale linger on the edge of thoughts for a long time after playing through the game. This is the way to end a game. [Jan 2010]

    Captivating story, mysterious atmosphere, nice 3D graphics and a non-linear course with multiple endings shows the true power of adventures. Great game comparable with best pieces in its genre. [Christmas 2008]

    If you're new to the genre, by all means, pick up Memento Mori - though if you already know your way around adventure-games, you'll likely be disappointed. With the biggest secret of the game already revealed at the back of the box, nothing more could have possibly been expected. [Issue#17]

    This game could have been a LOT better. The great graphics and easy controls are no excuse for the poor voice acting and the mediocre plot. The puzzles are fair, but too much on the easy side.

    Memento Mori offers great visuals, great Spanish dubbing, and an interesting story. It's a shame, because it has potential to fare much better, but overall, the game delivers what it must, and users will have a great time playing one interesting point and click adventure. Ideal for newcomers to the genre.

    If you are looking for a brain-teasing experience full of complex puzzles to blow your mind, Memento Mori has little to offer along those lines. But if you are fan of story-driven adventures, you'll find a promising new adventure to fill your needs in this gripping psychological drama (albeit disguised as a conspiracy thriller) with one of the most shocking and memorable endings the genre has seen in a long time.

    Sort of a snoozer. I had trouble playing it for more than an hour without it causing me to nod off, and while I found the ending to be intriguing, it wasn't enough to make up for the basic puzzles and the basic dialogue, and the lack of interaction between the lead characters (surprisingly, they're almost never on screen at the same time).

    Gloomy cinematics promise trying ordeals, preparing us for something big and shocking. But then the end titles suddenly roll, and we are left with nothing. Oh yes, there are sacrifices, machinations, and mysteries, but they are so predictable that you can't help but sigh in disappointment.

    It's really not a bad p-and-c game at all. Pros: nice clean graphics, story-driven starts slow but better ending, all round quality in gameIt's really not a bad p-and-c game at all. Pros: nice clean graphics, story-driven starts slow but better ending, all round quality in game execution. Decent length. Cons: Puzzles are easy. Music is repetitive and backgroundy only. There is just no humour in the game at all, it is all so serious. And the subtitles have some bad mis-spellings (how did someone miss that). The major con is that it really doesn't pull you along enough to want to keep on playing. After an hour each time, you get quite bored, but come back to finish it (which at least is a better aspect). A solid p-and-c game and recommended to anyone who likes that genre. For everyone else, it might all be a bit slow and linear.… Full Review »

    Из минусов:
    - однобокий унылый геймплей, который совершенно ничем не разбавляется, иди туда, позвони сюда, забери то, отнеси это.
    - максимально проходняковый сюжет, который не цепляет от начала и до конца, даже финальные саспенсы не вызывают ВАУ эффекта, тебе просто плевать.
    - посредственные персонажи и диалоги вызывающие зевоту.
    - никакущая музыка, которая звучит то тут то там и достаточно неуместно, из за чего некоторые события на экране кажутся еще более нелепыми.
    - убогая диалоговая система с вариантами ответов "Да" "Нет" "?", зачастую персонажу даже не задают вопроса, но выскакивает "Да, Нет" ЧТО ДА НЕТ????
    - практически полное отсутствие головоломок, всего лишь пару годных задачек на всю игру.

    Из плюсов:
    - неплохо проработанные локации, многие элементы интерьера можно осмотреть и персонаж выдаст свои мысли.
    - каждое взаимодействие с каким либо предметом проработано какой то анимацией.
    - сносный интерфейс инвентаря, квестовые предметы любопытно рассматривать и искать точки взаимодействия.
    - уважаемая головоломка в гробнице под конец игры, которая может вскипятить мозг и заставить закиснуть на пару часов, от самостоятельного решения которой, можно испытать отдельный кайф.

    6ть звонков "шефу" из 10ти.

    Сиквел, который исправляет ошибки оригинала и дарит кайф на 20 часов. (Реценз на Memento Mori 2).

    Из минусов:
    - почти нет автосейвов (забыл сейвануться и что то случилось с игрой, стартуй с места где был автосейв 2 часа назад) и быстрых сохранений, приходится залезать в меню, которое
    прогружается кучу времени
    - баги со звуком, резкие скачки громкости в диалогах или вообще исчезает звук (2-3 раза за игру).

    Из плюсов:
    - визуал стал гораздо лучше.
    - более юзабилити и приятный на глаз интерфейс.
    - отличная музыка, которая задает тон атмосферности происходящему на экране.
    - достойные задачки, которые нельзя назвать прям супер легкими, но и сложными - золотая середина, которая заставляет шевелиться мозг, а процесс разгадывания приятен.
    - интересный и интригующий сюжет, который цепляет на протяжении всей игры, полный мистики и тайн - недающий заскучать на протяжении 20 часов, а финал не разочаровывает.
