Boring.Nothing more to say...The mechanics are there just to be there and they offer absolutely no real use

Bought it on the Switch, spent about 30$ Canadian and you literally can't pass the first tutorial. One of the objectives requires you to press the r button to take you back home in case you go off screen but the input doesn't work. I've tried using other controllers, redownloading the game, but nothing worked. I'm disappointed that I spent a decent amount of money for a game that couldBought it on the Switch, spent about 30$ Canadian and you literally can't pass the first tutorial. Interesting twist on a theme park management tycoon, with really good gameplay basics, but it lacks uniqueness and overall polish, especially in graphics department.

Megaquarium is a shallow strategy game for casual players. While the fish float, the game slowly falls into stereotype. [Issue#291]

While Megaquarium is fun and challenging at times, it tends to become a little repetitive after a while. A few more different challenges would help, while at other points it would have been nice to see an overview panel to make it easier to organise things. The gameplay can easily get messy, which is a shame considering the idea and the colourful setup. Nevertheless, the game is enjoyable and relaxing, and a player may well find themselves playing for hours.
