The only people who should be planning on buying Infinite Air are those who are snowboarders, those who want to snowboard, and/or those interested in a life-like representation of snowboarding in a game. You know who you are, and here is the title you’ve been waiting for.

Unpolished promise. The idea of a whole game centered around casual riding is pretty brilliant, the presence of a decent amount of user content this early, and a robust means of generating the content equates to a game that can seem infinitely replayable. Having said that, the learning curve for the controls can be too high for some, while others will not be happy about the little quirks that can quickly become big annoyances.

Mark McMorris Infinite Air is a disappointing snowboarding game, despite great world editing tools. Its needlessly complex tricks system hinders most of the enjoyment you could potentially have on the slopes.

Very comparable in difficulty. I would rank IA as a difficult game but very rewarding once mastered. Just drop in and shred. Love it. Full Review »

Infinite Air is the best snowboarding ever game. Controls are very similar to Skate which is awesome and the ability to create your own parksInfinite Air is the best snowboarding ever game. Controls are very similar to Skate which is awesome and the ability to create your own parks and mountains adds to the replay-ability. Every single time i fire up the game someone has made a new sick park which i spent all night riding. If you love snowboarding its hard not to love this game. The physics are great and make everything feel right, especially when you land a few tricks in a row perfectly. I'd give it a 10 if we could adjust the difficulty and make it even harder by catching edge if you land crooked. Keep up the good work you bloody champions ! Cant wait for Infinite Air 2! Yes, the game is hard at the beginning and this is why it is so awesome. If every challenge in your life was easy as smashing on a buttonYes, the game is hard at the beginning and this is why it is so awesome. If every challenge in your life was easy as smashing on a button while spinning the joystick around, there would be no challenge. The fun part about this game, is about the learning curve. At first, it seems hard, you need to adjust yourself, you need to unlearn everything you learned in games like SSX and THPS. And when you finally get it, you'll start having way more fun. Trying to land exactly the trick you want is what make it so rewarding. Best snowboarding game I ever played. Full Review »
