    There are major technical problems with the game. To the point where the game is almost unplayable. The technical support by Muzzy Lane requires the user to download debugging software and perform tasks that a paid Quality Assurance Technician should be performing. Not only would I recommend against buying this game, I would avoid all titles developed by MLS.

    The turn-based strategy game Making History II - The War of the World has too much focus on the economy than on the tactical side of warfare. This game is definitely no competitor to the Hearts of Iron series.

    Although some time has passed since the publication of the initial version of the game (German version of Making History II is version 1.18), the technical flaws are still numerous. Anyone who is interested in historical turn-based strategy should remain with Hearts of Iron. Making History II might be interesting in a year as a budget version.
