    What a disapointment. You know which part of this game is good? Soundtrack, only soundtrack. But you know what? They ddidnt make it so kudos to somebody else. Everything else looks cheap, dated and from the start you know you are not playing AAA game. This game looks like it was made by some small studio somewhere in asia.

    Story of the game is really great, I enjoy it very much so far, main characters are OK.

    However PC version is just a COMPLETE JOKE, why? - Most of the textures does not exceed 512x512 (WTF did 2K think?) - Resolution is upscaled from 720p to 1080p, clap clap... - Various graphical issues (Lightning etc.) - Ultra repetetive gameplay - In around 8 hours of gameplay, at least 70% of    Story of the game is really great, I enjoy it very much so far, main characters are OK.

    However PC version is just a COMPLETE JOKE, why?

    - Most of the textures does not exceed 512x512 (WTF did 2K think?)
    - Resolution is upscaled from 720p to 1080p, clap clap...
    - Various graphical issues (Lightning etc.)
    - Ultra repetetive gameplay - In around 8 hours of gameplay, at least 70% of the missions is basically identical, go there kill those guys/interrogate, sometimes destroy this or that... it became boring, very boring.
    - 30 FPS lock
    - Performance issues
    - Un-rebindable keys
    - Poor choice of graphical settings, there is literally only 5 settings you can change and no more.

    Worst thing in the franchise. This game is a joke only. Quests is boring as hell, all same.: Go iinterrogate a man after go destroy after go kill the boss....only this quest type in the game very very boring! And of course lot of bugs, high end pc cant running this sh!t, fps drops like hell.

    Terrible depth of field simulation. The thing about true depth of field is that it depends on the object your eyes are focused on. In Mafia 3 you can only guess where that object is and most of the things on the screen are pretty randomly blurry. Looks weird and cheap.     This game looks terrible.Very awful port from consoles.Textures looks like from 2004(really) and drops to 17 fps(on i3 6100 and rx 470).Empty city.Only one plus in this game- music.

Gameplay is boring and generic, city has nothing to offer outside of the main story missions and is a modern day revisionist-historical rendition of New Orleans, not accurate in any way whatsoever with the time and location. Don't waste your time or money with this garbage. Wait for a sale under 10 dollars. Also terribleA politically-correct, white-guilt fueled mess of a console port.     Very poor graphics, blurry at best. The game feels a Beta release due to the glitches. Does not draw inspiration from Mafia 2, and is a huge step backwards.

    +1 for music and storytelling.

    Useless game. Full of bugs and glitches, crashes every 20-30 minutes. The only good thing is the storyline, very good storyline. For that reason i give it a rating of 3.

    Don't even bother buying it. The game takes many hours of your life to finish it, while the plot could be few hours long, but the repeatable gameplay makes it last much longer. If this wasn't enough, this game has a ton of technical issues and has cut out the best mechanics of it's predecessors.

    This is so lame.. Some part of this game just like plague from GTA5.. I like MAFIA II better than MAFIA III. Some features in MAFIA II are missing in MAFIA III and I did'nt like it.. This game consume too much space but the game is so lame..

    Mafia III isn't only bad because the story itself is OK but the rest of the game is literally all the time exactly the same. Got to point A kill somebody or destroy something, than go to point B and do the same thing again. And do this like 50 times in the game. So DON'T buy this game for the gameplay, because that is horrible.     I've played Tolerant White People Slaughter III for about 30 hours, i've seen all endings. What can I say? Shooter element is quite interesting. First few hours. Prologue is good and promising. It lasts 1 hour though. Then if you want to see some good cutscenes you need to grind, grind and grind.

    This is what happens when you give a good game series to a different developer who has no idea on how to make proper video games. I had so high hopes for this game, but I was let down once again by the gaming industry.

    This game is so awful. When I decided to play on PC, it was because I have a choice. I could choose my hardware, my software, my resolution, my framerate, and my graphics, but what Hangar 13 did is unacceptable. They locked the game to 30FPS, and their reason for that is: "The team has been hard at work ensuring that Mafia III’s performance is consistent across all platforms, and right now the game runs at a solid 30 frames-per-second."

    That's the most **** I have ever heard in one sentence. Mafia III for PC is a console port. The game has so many problems when it comes to reflections, lighting, and no SLI support. The antialiasing just blurs the game to make the edges look better, the PC controls are horrendous, and the game is being upscaled from 720p. It's so damn hard to focus on the story aspect when the screen is tearing, the graphics are glitching out, things pop in at ridiculous distance, but wait, they are releasing a patch to make the game run over 60FPS, and fix the issues. Too late, you already screwed up the game's launch, and what you have done will not be forgotten. They did release the patch to unlock the framerate, but since they never optimized the game good, it still runs like **** This was my birthday present, and it's the worst **** birthday present I have ever gotten. Hangar 13 didn't deliver on their promise on putting time, and effort into their PC version. You had 5 **** years to sort all this **** out, but you didn't. Nice job Hangar 13, you made a sequel to Mafia II worse.

    The game completely disappointed me. Awful shooting physics. Awful physics of cars. The story of how Lincoln Clay kills everyone in its path. This is not like a real story! In this game, Lincoln Clay in the role of Rambo brings everyone. this is not realistic. I will play Mafia 2 with great pleasure. Part 3 completely disappointed me.

При моём среднем пк, который вытягивает новые игры в среднем на высоких ( не ультра ) настройках, я играю на низких настройках графики, с постоянными просадками и микрофоизамиВ целом игра неплохая.     The only thing that this game has going for it is its beautiful graphics, especially the character models. The jumping in and out of documentary concept was pretty cool too. Otherwise, story seems really contrived and nothing like the masterpieces of Mafia and Mafia 2. Race politics are a huge part of the story and it got tiring after a while to be constantly negged within the game aboutThe only thing that this game has going for it is its beautiful graphics, especially the character models.     MAFIA III is the first game of this franchise I have played.
    I was surprised of the horrible game physics when driving a car.
    The missions are repetitive because 2K built an overcrowded RPG.
    Next time: less missions and more thrilling moments. :-)

    i am writing this honest review based on playing the game for two days , the game looks nice in matter of cinematic videos , i expect it to be a nice story which i couldn't complete , the graphics are good however lets look to cons .
    1- the Layout of PS4 controls in the game is the worst i ever seen ever , even trying to change it from the game of from PS4 menu you will never reach a    i am writing this honest review based on playing the game for two days , the game looks nice in matter of cinematic videos , i expect it to be a nice story which i couldn't complete , the graphics are good however lets look to cons .
    1- the Layout of PS4 controls in the game is the worst i ever seen ever , even trying to change it from the game of from PS4 menu you will never reach a realistic scheme.
    2- Shooting is extremely awful and doesn't feel real at all and feel like old gta games.
    3- it is very very easy form a professional player to die and die and die from stupid mobs while trying all your efforts to survive a stupid person will shot and kill you and you have to repeat from far beginning , i tried many ways to complete mission but i felt too bored and i quit and deleted the game finally .
    4- the movement of the main character is dull and swing , the driving of cars is too bad and old .

    Please note that i am a professional player and this is one of the rarest games i decided to delete and not to complete .    … Expand

    This does not feel like a Mafia game at all, its far from it. I stopped playing the game after I got bored of it, also got tired of some of the bugs in the game and the extremely bad AI.

    Mafia 3 reminds me of other bad or mediocre games. For some reason they have put alot of time into graphics (which sucks by the way) and not to much into game-play. Most missions do not have check poitns, so you spent 10 mins trying to steathly kill every cop and steal the car, but you get killed by the hit squad when driving the car back. Guess what? This is just one of the example of how poorly designed this game is. I can see glimpse of fun here and there, but everytime I start to enjoy the game, something pull me right out. I have not finished the game, this is a review of about 8-10 hours of gameplay.… Expand

There's nothing that holds you in the game's world for more than half an hour, after which you understand how things work here and get the idea that there won't be much of a difference from mission to mission after from that point onwards.     Mafia III isn’t necessarily a bad game, but it is definitely not a true heir to the Mafia series. The story is rich and the gameplay is satisfying (although it’s nothing special), but having played the previous games in the series (especially the first one), I never felt like I was playing a Mafia game.
