Sep 1, 2015I bought MGS V and Mad Max last night, I figured I would try Mad Max for an hour before i would start Metal Gear. I still have not played metal gear a day later. This mad max game besides being beautufl graphically is so much fun, there is so much stuff to do in the game. My one little grip is that you cannot collect scrap metal by driving over it

Sep 11, 2015It was just what i was expecting! Good "open world" game. Missions well explained and with more meaning than the usual. You have the possibility of choosing whatever you want to do and the upgrades can be done with the right effort. Worth the money!

Sep 23, 2015Awesome game with amazing details and extreme action...in one word superb work by avalanche.
Driving is the most interesting job...and yes of course ramming enemy vehicle with my car is one hell of a fun. -
Sep 2, 2015This game is great, very well optimized, excellent kb/m and controller controls. Yes it has the same combat as batman arkham but I like that style so no lost points here. The driving is very fun also. This is a must have for fans of open world games such as Far cry or shadow of mordor.

Sep 3, 2015Love the style and that it reminds me of RAGE. Gameplay overall is pretty good, story mediocre but Mad Max had never a good story. Still more fun than AC.
Ah, yes the game runs so smooth on my mid-range rig (high settings on 1080 [35-59 fps]). Great work there avalanche! -

Sep 2, 2015I have not stopped playing it since I got it ! 15 hours in now and wow what a bloody amazing game.
The world is Epic and it fits right in with the mad max world.
The explosions are awesome , you even have sandstorms that you can see approaching in the distance.
Ok the story might not be amazing but the GAME play & Fighting is EPIC. Best game for me this year hands down , its so much fun. -
Sep 2, 2015There are a few bugs and there is a repetitive element to it, but Mad Max is just pure gut-busting, chaos with that cheeky survival craft element and the hilarious damage in homage to Just Cause. Interactive, adrenaline fuelled, beautiful.

Sep 8, 2015Started playing this game yesterday and couldn't put it down 6 hours later. All of the available upgrades keep both hand to hand and car combat interesting. The wasteland is beautiful to drive around and seeing an approaching storm is exhilarating. Don't listen to the negatives reviews and give this one a go!

Mar 17, 2016This one eats my time like nothing else. Maybe I'm obsessed w post-apocalyptic **** but this one nails it. True fighting like a boss. Best get your combos down. They will feel like heaven when you do, son.

Jan 19, 2016Is it a bad game? Absolutely not. On the contrary, Ubisoft's open-world template is perfect for churning out market-friendly games that tick all the boxes of "What People Want." Or, perhaps, "What You Want."...And honestly, Mad Max's formula is still to some extent "What I Want." Just not as much as a few years ago.
-
CD-ActionNov 14, 2015Mad Max is this year’s equivalent of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor – a really decent open world game that will not disappoint the fans of the franchise and will win over some undecided gamers, but will not be inducted into the industry’s hall of fame alongside Skyrim, GTA, Black Flag or The Witcher 3. [11/2015, p.28]

Oct 31, 2015Mad Max is a missed opportunity. The exceptional depiction of the Wasteland, the chaotic nature of the post-apocalyptic society, the excellent technical qualities and thrilling vehicle fights are held back by the mundane melee combat mechanics, the loose story, the repetitive nature of secondary objectives and the overall low-level challenge.
