Apr 23, 2020Świetnie się bawiłem przez całą przygodę, z miłą chęcią powróciłem do tytułu po kilku latach, czekam na drugą część :)

Jan 23, 2020First, I went through both parts of The Surge. And was delighted. Lords of the Fallen certainly didn’t so much impress me. But this is a great game. Anyone who likes the games of Deck 13 and the Dark Souls series, this game is sure to enjoy. I did not like that the game is not very difficult.

Nov 19, 2019Maybe it is a copy of Dark Souls game but with own style, world and mechanics.
Visuals was outstanding back when was released.
Still playable to this date :) -
Dec 8, 2018A very well done and well thought out Souls clone, especially if you like the slower, more tactical Dark Souls 2 type of combat.

Dec 27, 2016Received this game (limited edition version) for Christmas. Have thoroughly enjoyed playing so far and have not experienced a single crash. Respectable frame rates on my 3yo video adapter. Definitely appears that the earlier issues have been addressed. Thoroughly recommend this game.

Mar 27, 2016Found this to be a really enjoyable experience, obviously coming from Souls it's a bit similar and does it quite well. Combat is solid and enjoyable and story is there if you want to dig through the lore. Definitely worth a look if you like the DemonDark Souls style games.

Mar 8, 2015i do not understand the negativity towards this title. Yes it has the same mechanics as Dark Souls, but so what? It has its own feel and identity, as well as several unique mechanics. I am absolutely loving it!

Feb 23, 2015Really nice atmosphere, animations, gear, etc. Some NPCs are a little boring, but hey, they give you quests to keep killing stuff, so who cares?
Nice level design with interesting exploration and the combat system is solid.
I've not finished it yet but so far I am having a very good time with it, so I recommend it! -
Jan 23, 2015I have just bought the game for PC and I am very postively suprised. Game looks amazing and the fight system is vary good. The story from the begining is like a secound priority. I fully recomend this game for players who like Dark Souls.

Nov 20, 2014Really good graphics, excellent animations, amazing armors design, fun and challenging combat, lots of secrets. Not a single crash in my 20+ hours gameplay. Definitely recommend!

Nov 20, 2014This game gets the job done. Controls are good, combat system is good, graphics very good, decent maps. Nothing brillliant about it, but no major flaws either. Bosses are too easy. Overall, I had fun with it and I'm looking forward to the sequel. If they had came up with better bosses, longer and more interesting plot, some multiplayer capabilities - I'd give a 10. Bravo CI Games.

Pelit (Finland)Dec 15, 2014Lords of the Fallen may be a simplified, easier version of Souls games, but is it necessarily a bad thing? Being an overpowered iron mountain at the end game, well, it is actually quite satisfying for a change. [Dec 2014]

CD-ActionDec 13, 2014I was flabbergasted by what two largely unknown studios managed to achieve. Lords of the Fallen is not just a creative take on the formula introduced by From Software, but also a game that can rival the greatest recent RPGs and looks like Monica Bellucci and Sophie Marceau from their best years. [Dec 2014, p.40]

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Dec 3, 2014Straightforward copycat of "Souls" games achieved a success because it can reach players the Japanese series could not because it was too difficult. The game is still challenging but you won't be desperate from playing it. [Issue#247]
