    Light is a decent demonstration of stealth done on a smaller scale. The minimalist approach is novel, and the bare-bones stealth mechanic can be refreshing to those entering the genre for the first time.

    Everywhere you look, Light is a sloppy, unfinished game. Next time I’ll think twice before voting for games in Steam Greenlight – who knows, maybe that short stylish trailer is actually the entire game!

    The clue is in the name… Everything is light about it. The stealth mechanics, the difficulty level, the visuals, everything.

    The idea is good, and it manages to entertain, but the experience is extremely shot, so you might want to wait for an offer to buy it.

    Light should be better than it is, but it was doomed from the start. Very few great stories have come from such an uninspired setting, and hiding all empathy and humanity behind a haughty desire for a slick minimalism doesn't help.

    It's fairly easy, and gives you the option of completing most stages how you like. You can    Light is a short and simple 2D stealth game.

    It's fairly easy, and gives you the option of completing most stages how you like. You can avoid killing completely or kill everyone. You can go sneak around undetected or make a run for it.

    In each of the 12 levels, you are tasked with completing 1-4 objectives before exiting the level. The only fail condition is that you get killed by one of the guards. The whole game, and all Steam achievements, can be completed in about an hour.

    The graphics are sleek and simple, and if you don't like the effects, you can turn them off in the options menu. The music is good too, which is great, because the developers include the soundtrack for free.    … Full Review »
