Aug 15, 2025Close to its 2-year anniversary, the murderous puppet returns with an ever-so-brilliant DLC that not only rivals the design of the original game, but in many aspects surpasses what was puppeteered before. This expansion shines with mechanical brilliance, is drenched in even more oil and blood, and most important of all, shows the amazing snow tech that was developed! Apart from many new bosses, great level design, memorable locations, curious storylines, and a ton of quality-of-life improvements, we are simply getting more of what made Lies of P amazing.

Aug 11, 2025NEOWIZ puts their skills on full display with Lies of P: Overture, tackling obnoxious tropes and bringing new light to them masterfully. At £24.99, it feels like an entire sequel waiting to be explored by fans of the original, and it stands as a no-brainer DLC for them.

Aug 5, 2025Lies of P: Overture serves as an excellent return to a game that surprised many players in a good way. The story does a very good job of setting up the events of the main title. The new weapons keep the combat feeling fresh thanks to how dramatically different they are. The game is still tough, especially if it has been a while since you last played the title, but the different difficulty levels help to ease people into a genre that can be notoriously unforgiving. For fans of the game, the Overture DLC feels essential.
