    As if the developers realized, that even LEGO games need care and cannot be just spit out one after another. Therefore they slowed down, spent more time with everything in the game and the result is a game with amusing story and gameplay. LEGO Jurassic World simply runs like a Swiss watch.

    Lego Jurassic World is one of the best Lego games of the last few years. The humor is charming as usual and the presentation is more cinematic than in recent games of the series. The original score and the beautifully designed levels recreate the atmosphere of the movies perfectly. Unfortunately many gameplay elements repeat way too often, the controls of the dinosaurs are a little imprecise and there are a few annoying bugs. Despite those deficits Lego Jurassic World is a really good game which may entertain Jurassic Park fans more than the new movie.

    Seeing the series' iconic moments recreated with cute figurines is a treat, and each of the four campaigns is fast-paced enough that completing the entire franchise in its brick-based form will only take roughly seven to eight hours, which is not much longer than the combined film running times (and amounts to brisk mini-campaigns of two hours or less each).

    Lego Jurassic World is full of nostalgia for fans of the franchise, while still highlighting the new film. It is the most refined Lego game and even with its downfalls it is still full of fun and charm.

    It's not the most ambitious Lego game ever made, but you can make dinosaurs fight other dinosaurs. And really that's all that matters.

    Lego Jurassic World ends up being a middling entry for TT’s enormous franchise, but a middling entry by them is still enormously better than most other family games.

However, it has been out for days now, with a lot of bugs that simply keep you from being able to progress at all, and it seems like the devs are not doing anything about it.

    The steam forums have an alarmingly high amount of complaints about such bugs, and today I was victim to one of those. The game always closes silently wihout any error messages whenever I finish the first chase stage.

    Not all people are affected by these bugs, and many will tell you that this is a fun game. But be warned, if you buy this game for PC, at this stage, you have a considerable chance of not being able to get past the first few stages. Good luck.    … Full Review »

    I dare say it's the first time we can explore the park completely in a game, through the adventure presented in all 4 movies.     I really don't know what all the bad reviews are about, the game shines in every aspect, the characters and dialogue in the game are rippedI really don't know what all the bad reviews are about, the game shines in every aspect, the characters and dialogue in the game are ripped straight from the movie which i feel makes the game feel a lot more true to the series! I bought this game to play with my younger sibling and I can honestly say he's never been so satisfied with a game. We spend hours each day going through free play collecting everything we can to complete the game. The last Lego game that had this much replay-ability was Lego Star wars which I played back in 2005 I would definitely recommend this game!… Full Review »
