    The game is OK. It was clear that was developed by DoTA designers, so there are no "copy" between DoTA and LoL heroes.The problems aren't on the game itself: they are on anywhere else. A important point is the community. Not only on Brazil (my native country), but the NA, EU and etc. servers as well. People just follow blindly a "meta" and report everyone who tries to change it (even inThe game is OK.     On my third gane,I was already being reported and being told to uninstall simply because I was new at the game,I hoped it was a fluke and kept playing till I hit the max summoner level for the spells you choose during the selection,and I just realized,what's the point playing?

    One of the most fun MOBA games I have ever played! Tons of Champion, unique Skins and Abilities. The champion Lore is really cool also. Riot games have done an amazing job with this game. They always impress me with the new skins and gamemode they release! The only bad thing about this game is the community and how TOXIC some people can be. (Overall: 7/10)

    Alright. So I have played this game for little over a year now, and after looking at the review I'm just gonna have to point out a few things.

    If you have the whole idea of "Grinding" with this game then you are looking at it wrong. The only thing you are "Grinding" for is Creep Score In-Game. IP is rewarded based on how you do and you can unlock more champions this way. I know it takes    Alright. So I have played this game for little over a year now, and after looking at the review I'm just gonna have to point out a few things.

You are not supposed to get all of the champions in 1 year, unless you want to pay. And thats the thing, if all you are doing is "Grinding" then this game isnt for you.

    If graphics is all that matters to you then you should go play something else because this game is NOT about graphics, even though they have redone the art design recently its still not the best, but this doesnt affect me, if it affects you, then go play the Witcher 3.

    Overall this game is very addictive, and especially with 4 friends, you can all collaborate via skype and its just really really fun. I have spent almost 500 hours with this game and still going.
    Also "Free to play" isnt exactly true, if you know what i mean XD. (Skins m8)    … Expand

    I've been playing this game since open beta, so I have a ton of experience of all the changes the game has went through.

    First of, if you are ONLY looking at the visual side of things, holy crap, the game has improved a lot. It was pretty ugly and all the models were very low polygon count.     First of, if you are ONLY looking at the visual side of things, holy crap, the game has improved a lot. It was pretty ugly and all the models were very low polygon count. Nowadays it's far greater graphically, map is super nice, spells look super flashy and well created.

    But the gameplay has taken... ummm... a slight downturn. I never understood the necessity of bushes but I let that go since you were always able to put a ward down.

    Nowadays every single lane has like 3 bushes, so there's never enough actual vision you can achieve to protect yourself from ganks. In old days when you got ahead or got ganked, you purchased 75g ward and were relatively safe. Now you buy pink ward and you're burning that ward out with saving maybe a second or two from an individual gank. Ward gets taken down and you can't do anything.

    Now if you have AFK teammember, you no longer are able to go to soak lane or go to jungle, in case something went wrong in champion select. You're FORCED into a role and the system has been tweaked so hard to not allow any variety. I cleared red, blue and frog with Graves without smite and I was still level 1.

    Also there's a lot of champions that got weaker over time for no good reason. Talon used to be amazing assassin who could delete opponent. Now he's much slower to gank and his burst does far more damage than a single Leblanc Q+W. Maybe he's gotten little safer to escape after ganks but I liked the old kit where he was able to 1v5 when fed.

    Xerath used to have a cool unique technique that was fully counterable by strong initiate, that got taken away while he still retains the strong burst and range. I miss the old Galio who could play as support. Now you're pretty much forced mid because you can't survive 2v2 without very specific set of runes and having ultra aware ADC, enemy who over extends etc. There's just so many champions that can do better than him.

    This game needs to go back to its roots (mechanically) and take some steps to make each champion to have an unique Strength rather than having every new champion overloaded with 10 different mechanics.

    I mean it's cool to play them, but you're pretty much forced to one trick champion nowadays if you attempt to do any climbing, and playing one champion is ULTRA boring. I miss the time I could just pick something wacky like Sion support and just spam stun and shield explosion, use money to buy wards and roam. A place where we could experiment new things. Now you're pretty much forced to babysit ADC because all your money generation items require having a teammate next to you.

    I think the community took huge dump downward in season 3 and forward and nowadays you cannot go a single game without someone getting blamed for trolling or intentionally feeding or just asking to report for no reason.

    I still play it because I like the game, but I feel it has now far less skill expression due to how much less vision you're able to give to your team if you're not support, or if you're support, how little you're allowed to roam, how easy it's to die when behind.

    Oh I almost forgot the extremely high snowball due to how much damage s10 and s11 have wrought with first the rune rework (everyone was complaining the damage was too high) and now s11 where the main core items get given in full strength, easily doing an additional 200 damage boost from abilities, or/and leaping character forward.

    I guess the items could be good buy there already was summoners which were supposed to be these ultimate rescue items. Now you got Jhin with Heal who speeds up, flash, slow due to trap and 2nd leap with item, and you literally cannot catch this immobile champ anymore, and it's supposed to be its weakness.

    Baron buff is way too strong now and dragons give permanent buffs that are impossible to be gained. Rift Herald was cool at first but should have been severely nerfed. Jeesus, if you have some champs with ability to kill towers fast on a solo lane, and you get killed by ganks, you might lose all towers and even the first tower in core.     I love League of Legends and i've been playing it for a while. I dont give it a 10 because the community do not deserve it. Too much rage which is hard to ignore sometimes. Apart from that its amazing what you can do there. So many things to learn and to improve.

    If you wanna have fun playing this game just keep your account level low. The closer to level 30 you get the more raging children you find. I haven't played a match in the last 3 days without someone telling me, "Im Trash". It's really disgusting how the game programmer's allow this to continue.     A game for kids, made by grown-up kids. I stopped playing this game for a year (community reasons) and I comeback to see that the thing changed... for worse. There are more kids, there are more trolls, etc..
    The worst thing? You can get banned for saying "bad stuff". You can't even express yourself in this game because if you say something bad you might get banned.

    League in its entirety is a great game. Nice mechanics, great characters with a nice background, a fairly sufficient gaming community. The problem with this game is that it isn't something you should play with by yourself. Just like Super Smash Bros., you kind of need friends to play alongside with otherwise it gets old real quick and the players tend to be jacka**es.     Downright amazing game. I find it a bit ridiculous that most of the people giving this game bad ratings are only focusing on one thing: the community. Sure, I've seen a few flame wars now and then, but for the most part the players in the match are mellow.

    But enough of all that. Of course, you want to know why I am such a big fan of this game. I will enlighten you of that right now.

    So League is a MOBA game about tactics, strategy, and cooperation among teammates. The gameplay in a match seems pretty slow at first, but toward the end of the game it gets very intense and fast-paced. Multiplayer matches usually last 30-50 minutes, unless you're in a very high-ranking league.

    Now for the champions. "Champion" is just another name for the playable characters you play as in matches. And one of the things I love about League is that they have the biggest, most massive, diverse roster of playable characters to choose from, and what's more, the developers are constantly adding more characters to the roster. As the developers have said before, whatever way you want to get things done, there is a champion out there to go with it. In fact, one of the funnest parts of playing League is just trying out new champions and seeing what awesome abilities they have at their disposal for you to use.

    There is a variety of other things I should cover in League, But I'll let you find that out when you start playing.

    So overall, League is an amazingly crafted, insanely fun and obsessive masterpiece of a MOBA game, which is currently the most played online game in the entire world and is also completely free to play.    … Expand

    League of Legends(LOL) is one of the best MOBA in the world, It offers a lot of champions, beautiful skin concept, graphics are great, each champion has an unique gameplay. Is a nice game to play with friends, but some players are so Toxic and some times Riot games creates unbalanced champions.

    I just want to point out i have been playing league of legends since season 1 and i have seen this game go threw a lot and a lot of patches and changes and all i can honestly say is even if i get frustrated by the game more often then not I feel its not a bad game by any means.     The Meta changes constantly and so there are times to strong things and too weak which sometimes makes it difficult for some Players.

    Ein sehr kompetetives Spiel, welches sehr hohen Wiederspielwert mitbringt. Jedoch gibt es einige bugs die meist zwar nicht spielentscheident sind aber einfach nerven. Des Weiteren sollte man sich bewusst sein dass wenn man keinen Helden spiel der zuzeit Meta ist sehr schwere Karten hat.

    Having played League of Legends and watched eSports coverage of the game for years now, I am proud to finally give my review of this game. I absolutely love this game. It is constantly updated and it seems *mostly fair and balanced. If I had to rate this game based on it's content, I'd give it a 9. If I rated the developer, I'd give them an 7 or an 8. As far as the community however,Having played League of Legends and watched eSports coverage of the game for years now, I am proud to finally give my review of this game. I absolutely love this game. It is constantly updated and it seems *mostly fair and balanced. If I had to rate this game based on it's content, I'd give it a 9. If I rated the developer, I'd give them an 7 or an 8. As far as the community however, the number of angry, flaming, trolling etc. players in the community (including in ranked matches) this game is rated as like 3 to 4. Those players, in my experience, are easily dealt with just by muting them. I've tried to kind of average out my rating based on those 3 factors. Since there's no 7.5, I'll round up because I have a love and appreciation for the game and give it an 8.

    *Champions, upon release, are usually overpowered before being nerfed a bit later.    … Expand

    Balancing and newbies:
    Riot patches the game every two weeks to keep it fresh and prevents it for being boring. This is one of the reason why LoL is still so popular. Therefore some champions are overpowered and others are "kinda useless". That creates a meta wich switches over and over so the overpowered champions in the current patch are probably less stronger in the following patches.
    For newbies: It becomes harder and harder from season to season to get in this game.
    At the beginning you have to collect and experience much game knowledge to become bad from super bad. You need to play the game for many years to become metionable good in it. So don't get frustrated if you stay forever in silver or bronze. The rest isn't much better than you.

    Community:
    The community is one of the games biggest part. When I started the Matches were full of troller, inter (people who gave the enemy team advantages with the aim to lose the game), toxic players and afkler. This community changed totally. Today (season 8) there are still those people but much less than in the past and the rest of the community is really friendly and helpful.
    The reason for that is probably the honor system which gives friendly and nice player free loot and cosmetic content while the toxic player gets (often) strongly punished for their bad behavior.

    The influence to the company by the comunity is highly strong. They listen to their community and creating lore content by side the actual game.    … Expand

The gameplay takes a while to master and learn everything involved, but once you understand everything that is happening, it becomes an adrenaline fueled match. The very large champion selection is a huge plus and it is very satisfying once you master a champion. There are some huge setbacks though.     Long time ago you could get champions by just playing the game. You could buy a champion every week. Now this game has become strong Pay2Win. You get blue essence earlier IP only when you lvl up and get the lvl up boxes etc. I've been playing for weeks and couldn't buy me not even one champion since blue essence is so rare and hard to get.     I will ignore the community the game has overall, and i will focus on the game.

    League of Legends it's a pretty solid MOBA for the genre, tons of characters, different combinations, tons of posibilities, you will stick to what's recommended to do but when you are confident enough to play on your own, it's pretty fun overall but not the best.

Remember your items flexibility when you could go for Athma, Leviathan, Heart of gold, Force of nature, Death FIre and so on and you loved it? Remember many different old assassins like Fizz, LB, AP Master Yi, Shaco and many more that you loved? When tanks were actually tanks? Remember the flexibility when you had many fun with possibility of going full ap or ad on the same character (like old Master Yi and Ezreal) because we had many hybrid champs.
    Do you remember? Yes? Now **** you because Riot Games doesnt allow any fun in games - we remowed everything fun and good you had. Now we will be telling all of our players how they should play every champ, what items you should buy (because basicaly there is no real options of what you can buy, each game you buy all the same items on the same character). Tanks cant go old good 700 armor and become mobile tower. All old champions (espeshially assassins) are nerfed so that they wont do any damage. Tons of CC, every second character have skills with stun or grab effect. Why you need skill when you can have eternal stun until you die because you cant do **** at all.
    Just suffer through worst moba experience ever with the same set of OP meta champs and no choise in enything - Riot chose everything for you.
    Farm until death for new champions and free skins and hope that League become better (but it never will).    … Expand

    The game is too frustrating and toxic to beome a good game. One of the high reward pleasure feelings includes also the things that is bringing it to its knees. I've played this game for 10 years and I'm qutting now. I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone. it gives people a false mindset to pursue success.     Definitely better in the older seasons. Started to get kinda crappy after realease of Zoe i dont like the new champs. Meta is really broken in this game because of the huge champ pool. Even with these problem Lol is still game-play wise the best MOBA out there.

    The company also does an acceptable job at handling the perpetually angry and demanding community. After the match, players can report this person, and Riot personnel will revise these claims. If they find these accusations to be truthful, said player will be banned, and those who reported him/her will be rewarded accordingly.

    Garen is a "tank" He has a move that makes him gain tremendous attack for his next attack. The man can run through an entire team with a spin attack that kills everyone than run YOU down while you are trying to safely kite him and hit you with a half health move. Then his ult is an execution that does damage based on missing health. So you are dead. OH AND BTW RIOT REFUSES TO FIX HIS BUG where he can still move a tiny amount and auto attaack you while he is stunned rooted or airborne.

    Nautilus is a "support" He can throw a hook and catch you. He has a massive shield and long root with his auto attacks. I cannot stress enough how broken this man is when you are trying to safely lane. The guy waits in a bush and you can SEE HIM. But you have to get your last hits or you lose period so you try to avoid the guy however. He can casually walk up to you underneath you tower and root you while his ranged partner kils you. Then they both walk out alive and safe like it was nothing. OH AND BTW you deal 0 damage to him if he buys one item so yes he can safely attack you and not worry.

    Tryndamere. Dont even get me started on this guy. His ult makes it so that for 5-7 seconds he DOES NOT DIE. So basically you are fighting a guy who has a passive crit, can go through walls, and slow you down while reducing your damage. You will be 4 shotted by him and if you build damage he will just use his ultimate and tower dive you safely and kill you then dash out with his abilities through the wall safely.

    If you have made it this far then you should realize that riot DOES NOT CARE about balance. There are over 150 champions in the game now and you can only ban ONE. So basically no matter what you do there will ALWAYS be a match up with broken champions that should not exist.

    Also, just a side note. I got perma banned TWICE for defending myself against trolls. People who literally swear at me and then let my laner kill them for free are the people you are going to deal with and you cant do a thing about it because if you so much as say HEY CAN YOU STOP you will be reported and banned. OH AND BTW. The justice system is based on how well you perform so if the troll wants he can leave you for dead. You can go 0/5/0 and then thats a reportable offense by your team troll and you WILL BE BANNED. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.    … Expand

    no importa cuantas veces intente volver a instalarlo y jugarlo, simplemente no logro hacer, por mas que lo intente, que este juego me divierta, ya van 3 veces que lo instalo, mismas veces que lo termino desinstalando despues de 2 partidas, las partidas se basan basicamente en hacer clic en estupideces para hacer subir numeros, asi durante casi 2 horas, que es lo que algunas partidas puedenno importa cuantas veces intente volver a instalarlo y jugarlo, simplemente no logro hacer, por mas que lo intente, que este juego me divierta, ya van 3 veces que lo instalo, mismas veces que lo termino desinstalando despues de 2 partidas, las partidas se basan basicamente en hacer clic en estupideces para hacer subir numeros, asi durante casi 2 horas, que es lo que algunas partidas pueden durar, hay muchos objetos super complicados, que ni siquiera añaden estrategia a las partidas, ya que casi siempre terminas buscando en internet el mejor set de objetos para tu personaje, los roles son super aburridos y super tediosos, no se conforman con hacer que el combate sea hacer clics para hacer golpes de remate si no que tambien esperan que me quede todas las 2 horas que dura la partida en el mismo lugar del unico mapa que existe en el juego, ademas, como cereza del pastel, la comunidad es super toxica, se que esto no es culpa total del juego pero los desarrolladores hacen poco o nada para evitar esto, si te toca la mala suerte de que uno de los integrantes de tu equipo se salga de la partida, no solamente significa que estas jodido (porque despues de una decada que lleva el juego no se les ha ocurrido a los desarrolladores que el integrante sea reemplazado por un cpu, a pesar de que si existen partidas contra cpu) si no que ademas la partida va a ser 3 veces mas tediosa de lo que ya era, en general, league of legends es un juego de buscar cosas por internet para repetirlas haciendo clics, y subiendo numeritos pendejos y rezar porque todos los integrantes de tu equipo se queden en su zona toda la partida, no solamente es un juego que me aburre, sino que es un juego que me frustra, sin exagerar prefiero 1000 veces jugar con mi imaginacion que jugar league of legends… Expand

    Riot is awful when it comes to balancing their characters and even worse at remembering that certain ones exist. One that comes to mind is shaco. He was nerfed consecutively because riot felt that his burst damage was too good, so they nerfed him, did a "minor" rework to damage scaling, nerfed him again, then both reworked and nerfed him at the same time. Meanwhile champions like talon,Riot is awful when it comes to balancing their characters and even worse at remembering that certain ones exist. One that comes to mind is shaco. Another problem is how they keep pumping out new champions yet many currently existing champions have not received new content whatsoever. Kindred has been out for quite some time and hasnt even recieved a new skin, while the recently reworked urgot got a new deluxe skin. So honestly even if it is a fun game i cannot say it is a good game, with all these issues i cannot say with a straight face that this game deserves more than a 1.… Expand

    Une victoire sur ligue of legends est la plus belle chose une défaite une tragédie et l'une des pires choses qui puissent vous arriver. Pensez-y avant de le télécharger.

    This game has been out for 10 years and still trash filled with bugs, broken client, terrible matchmaking. The developers are useless.

    I played this game for 10 years and I love it. Unfortunately the matchmaking is the worst! You only get judged by win or loose, performance does not matter. You have 1 idiot in your team and lose. Over the years its just coinfilp win/lose/win/lose and it feels playing good does not really matter anymore. Too much easy champ abilities, Teamplay focused. Maybe great for esports (I find itI played this game for 10 years and I love it. Unfortunately the matchmaking is the worst! You only get judged by win or loose, performance does not matter.     Client lags/often has bugs

    Game has more and more diversity in champions(+bugs) ,and is hard to control yourself and pick something without being contest high by enemy team , there are 3-4 champions which could harm your gameplay after picking something , not as it use to be at the early stage ,where you coulded control ,and hold at distance what is broken against your champion you choose to play.

    a percent of 33% of the champions pool rarely show themself in league anymore, mostly you can see new champions ,because of broken mechanics +high cc +no weaknesses as the old champions had and been created in armony with the pre existing ones.

    The ranked doesn't show likely you advance , and the quality of the ranked games rise, because it tends to be much more frustrating as you go up, one single mistake deciding over a fight in some cases and 1 variable is enought to flip hard the team chances to win.

    The new modified system with the drake buffs,maded there to don't be late game , when an entire roie class depend on the late game scale (ADC) ,and mages and adc , on top some of them are squishy , get now executed on 10% hp from elder ,which really gets in conflict with what games been designed to work like.

    The solo/duo que is often the target of abuses ,from higher tier players going lower elos , to boosting services , to unbalanced premades in team ,as ranks exploiting team balance system which riot use , and to the fact that premades communication can work against you ,when you que alone and play vs duo bot lane with a random support ,which may even be autofilled and have no knowledge over the role.

    + you invest money ,and can get banned 140 years trying to lower toxicity around you , because rules are rules to Riot , they don't care about your good intentions , doing something which conflicts with rules still getting punished ,even if it had as result the attempt to lower someone else troll/grief behaviour, or toxicity.    … Expand

    I played this game for 5 years, but I stopped playing it a few months ago because this game is now complete garbage. Not just me, but the entire community is feeling stressed when they play it, by a lot of factors.
    1- The game is extremely unbalanced: the damage has increased dramatically in recent years, and a small mistake means you die and probably lose the game.     1- The game is extremely unbalanced: the damage has increased dramatically in recent years, and a small mistake means you die and probably lose the game. Newly launched champions are ridiculously strong and have a lot of mobility, making old or low-mobility champions useless and outdated.

    2- Toxic community: literally all matches will have someone trolling, afk or offending the team. And even reporting, they are not punished. If there is one people on your team trolling or AFK, you will ALWAYS lose and feel stressed.

    3- Horrible client: even with the best computer in the world and the lowest settings enabled, your client will be lagging and full of bugs.

    4- The company always remains silent about the problems of the game and does nothing to change.    … Expand

    Sinceramente le daré una mala calificación, arruino mi vida, y los sistemas de emparejamiento son bien malos y hay mucha gente que desea perder apropósito haciendo que afecte a todo el equipo. deberían equilibrarlo un poco mejor, hay personajes que no le ganan a nadie después del minuto 20 y hace pensar de por que están esos personajes, es mejor quitarlos si los ponen muy des balanceados.

    I find that with League of Legends, Riot has cultivated one of the most unique spaces in gaming history—mostly for good reasons but also for some awful ones, and in the gaming museum of the future, League is sure to have its own wing.
