Jul 25, 2017Do not expect depth or too much complexity. Is a fun builder, a cutie Cities Skylines. Its fun, and it delivers :D
if you want something serious, we have Cities Skylines, maybe Civlization. -
Feb 5, 2018Good game, i have lost my progress twice.
Recommended for everyone that likes starting games over and over again -
Apr 20, 2021While this game surely isn't the best in its genre, I definitely enjoyed my time in this. I appreciate the art style and it's a fun game but there is nothing new really that you wouldn't have seen in 100 similar games before. It's still getting updated almost 4 years later which is super cool and if you can pick it up at a low price point, I encourage you to do so and try it out for yourself.

Dec 15, 2021Kingdoms and Castles is plain and modest in a good way. However, due to the lack of content, there is a lack of long-term motivation.

Aug 16, 2018Kingdoms and Castles is a solid effort, especially coming from such a small team. The game lacks longevity, but at $10, it may be worth picking up by those who enjoy base-building games but don't enjoy the difficulty and complexity that often comes with the genre.

CD-ActionOct 30, 2017A couple of minutes is enough to get the hang of Kingdoms and Castles and become hooked despite lack of campaign or multiplayer. [10/2017, p.76]
