In career mode the contracts given are way out of on what the physics of the game allow you to do making it necessary to at least have the "mulligan" button clicked so that you at least have a Kerbal alive to play with. In sand box mode it's a little bit more fun but at the Kerbals expense.

All in all, This game went from a 9.5 with version 0.90 to a 5 with the introduction of KSP1.0, which is now a 3 with the patch 1.04 a few day ago.

Fun and educational, but most people will put it down after a half hour because it is, frankly, quite dry and dull. As an educational tool and a design game, it is good, no complaint. But it's still an educational game, and has little to draw you in.

Months after release this game is still buggy. Kerbal space program has the potential to be on the top of my favourites list. However not speaking for the PC version. The console version is nearly unplayable. Countless bugs and crashes, and worst of all corrupted save files. I’ve lost numerous hours of progress because of corrupted saves. And nearly about to request my money back. But so many issues it’s disappointing. And I am hoping there is future attempts to remedy those issues, till then I don’t see it being worth anything over ten dollars. March 2018. Expand

Kerbal Space Program is a must have game for anyone who enjoys space exploration or physics. You build, test, and fly space and aerospace ships. There's a creativity mode with no financial aspect and a campaign that challenges your budget and design skills.

I would simply push anyone questioning this game to give it a try. It's not for everyone, but I've never met a person who dislikes it.

Games in not politics? democracy? No, you haven’t heard ... you probably think that the game will be buying more? Or will they begin to respect you somehow? How did you manage to make the game ... Russophobes and fascists...

Kerbal Space Program isn't just a fantastic space game. It's one of those games that makes you glad you play on PC, because it could only come to exist on PC.

KSP is bloody fantastic! The possibilities are endless and the feeling you get after a successful mission is the best ever. You should probably buy this video game. [Jul 2015, p.063]

Neither for the impatient, nor for absolute purists this simulation although focuses to the latter significantly more. When your game is supported by NASA itself, you are just doing something exceptionally well. [Issue#253]
