Whether you're a fighting game veteran or someone who usually avoids the genre, Invincible VS offers an intuitive fighting experience that is hard to put down. It’s flashy, it’s bloody, and most importantly, it’s really fun to play.

Invincible VS is a brilliantly brutal extension of the comic and Amazon Prime cartoon, offering up visceral, fluid battling and a genuinely entertaining single-player mode. The AI feels incredibly smart, adjusting its strategies mid-fight and creating a fluid pace for combat. It is missing a few key actors, but everyone does such a wonderful job, it doesn't hurt that badly. If you're looking for a way to pass the time until season 5 of the show hits in 2027, Invincible VS is a bloody good time.

Invincible VS pulls together many concepts and mechanics from fighting games such as Dragon Ball FighterZ, Killer Instinct (It certainly helps that Quarter Up do have devs from Double Helix, the studio which revived KI in the 2010s) and Mortal Kombat. The end result is something that is accessible to both casual Invincible fans as well as fighting game veterans. I guess if Quarter Up had to answer Omni-Man’s infamous query “What will you have after 500 years?!”, they can hold their heads up high and retort “One hell of a debut title”. Although I do hope they’ll have made more than just a singular game in half a millennium, nonetheless this is a great introduction.

Invincible Vs. ends up being a very solid 3v3 tag team fighting game. The fighting system is familiar but solid, and even though it doesn't offer anything revolutionary over other tag fighters, its accessibility ensures that players of all skill levels will immediately be able to have fun. The mode selection is small but provides a good amount of entertainment thanks to the brutality of each fight and the number of unlockables. With a solid presentation behind it, Invincible Vs. is a very enjoyable fighting game for fans of the show and genre alike.

A great tag fighter that is easy to pick up and play, but offers the depth that should position the title as a potential esports hit. Fans of the franchise or fighters in general shouldn’t hesitate to add Invincible Vs to their collection.

A fighting game based on the comic Invincible, which gained widespread acclaim for its brutally realistic and explicit action. Compared to other titles in the genre, it is exceptionally easy to pick up and play, though that accessibility can somewhat diminish its overall depth and long-term appeal. While the narrative presentation is highly polished, the story itself feels far too short.

Invincible VS has enough complexity in its combat to make fighting fans punch drunk, but it’s straightforward enough that newer players can feel confident. Overall, it’s a wonderfully fun fighter that oozes personality in keeping with the comics and show, offering a good entry point into tag fighters that’s equally fun for newbies and die-hards alike.

Invincible VS delivers a fun, frantic, and brutal fighting game experience. While it can be unforgiving at times, it never feels like you don’t have the tools to survive the bloody battles it challenges you with.

Invincible Vs is a very welcome addition to the fighting genre, especially for fans of Robert Kirkman. The game is familiar, borrowing mechanics from major franchises like Dragon Ball and Mortal Kombat, but with Invincible's signature visual style and brutality. Despite some slightly clunky movement and a few performance bugs at high resolutions, fun is guaranteed. However, the final score depends heavily on how the online mode and new story chapters are managed in the future. Currently, the game delivers a solid foundation that only needs a final polish to shine among the giants.

Invincible VS delivers a fast-paced and surprisingly accessible 3v3 fighting experience with satisfying combo depth and strong source-material authenticity. Its brutal presentation captures the tone of the comics and animated series exceptionally well. While the core gameplay feels polished and responsive, the multiplayer modes remain fairly traditional for the genre. Overall, it’s a compelling fighter for fans of the franchise and a solid contender for FGC players looking for something fresh.

Invincible VS is a satisfying fighter when you learn its tricks, and while a few caveats keep it from being a perfect start for Quarter Up, I’m excited to see how it grows over time.

Making players feel strong, Invincible VS will take you for a ride with its heavy-hitting action - even if it could use a bit more content.

Invincible VS is a faithful and enjoyable tag‑fighter with a simple but surprisingly deep combat system. Despite rough animations and some repetitive moves, it’s a solid debut that both newcomers and fans can enjoy.
