    Uspokajająca gra, w której bawiłem się świetnie. Poziom rozwinięcia postaci motywujący, a progresywność zleceń utrzymywała moją uwagę praktycznie przez całą grę. Momentami gra oferowała nawet urozmaicone rozwiązania. Plus za to, że mieliśmy dużą swobodę w remoncie jeśli chodzi o zlecenia jak i zmianę naszego własnego mieszkania. Przyjemny symulator do zabicia czasu lub spędzenia fajnegoUspokajająca gra, w której bawiłem się świetnie. Poziom rozwinięcia postaci motywujący, a progresywność zleceń utrzymywała moją uwagę praktycznie przez całą grę. Momentami gra oferowała nawet urozmaicone rozwiązania.     I do not understand why this game has such a high rating here and on steam.
    House Flipper is one of the buggiest games i have ever played. And I have played many games by EA and 2K.
    But instead of fixing bugs they sell plushies and DLC 's which trigger even more bugs , even if you don't own the DLC 's. If you follow the Frozen District - Twitch stream you'll see how proud they are about    I do not understand why this game has such a high rating here and on steam.

    Optimization is a disgrace, I don't understand why anyone is playing this game. You do the same thing all the time. I call out to those who play this game. Go clean your house. Believe me, it will be more useful.

    This is quite an addictive game, you can lose track of time while playing it. I get so absorbed in it.
    I've always liked building and creating in games.
    However when you start buying and flipping houses a lot of the base game houses seem way too simular to each other with not much unique variety with only a few interesting houses at the upper more expensive end.     I like to complete everything and the game does become repetitive and boring as there is not enough Decor and design choices in the base game.
    I like doing the structured jobs much better than buying and flipping houses as that gets very repetitive and feels so samey.

    There needs to be at least the ability to make your own paint shades as what there is, is limited. And you can only do walls in vertical strips and are not able to do horizontal strips. Which limits creativity as you can't do a lower half different than a top half of a wall.
    The game can be glitchy and buggy.
    I also think the DLC is overpriced and I would not buy any unless it's on sale for no more than $10AUD.
    I only have the pet DLC as my friend gave it to me as a Xmas gift as that was the only one with a small discount.

    Overall I really enjoyed playing the game. It's good if you are creative and like decorating or even just cleaning and making a house look better. Overall the game is very relaxing and fun, makes time go by so fast when I play it. It's good to play and return to when you feel like playing something relaxing.    … Expand

    Macht schon Spaß die Unordnung in den Häusern zu beseitigen und zu entscheiden wo man welche neuen Möbel hinstellt.
    Das Streichen von Wänden ist aber eine ganz klare Bestrafung!
    Fliesen an die Wand bringen und das Montieren von Klimaanlagen und Waschmaschinen ist jetzt auch nicht die netteste Arbeit. Typisches, da biste in 10-12 Stunde durch Game der heutigen Zeit und dann wirste mit    Macht schon Spaß die Unordnung in den Häusern zu beseitigen und zu entscheiden wo man welche neuen Möbel hinstellt.

    One of the best and most satisfying simulation game you can play. Not huge monsters no zombies no action just you and your beatiful house just tha. You either can build a petshop, electronic store, bar or nice cozy home. Meybe the house in your dreams.

    The game starts out super fun. It's interesting and has an air of achievement after finishing the job. After some quests and renovated houses, the game becomes repetitive. Regardless, I highly recommend it to pass the time and watch Twitch!

    Gets boring and repetitive after like 20 mins into the game. I eventually questioned myself "why am I working like this while playing a video game". You might as well do some of the stuff in the is game in real life and make real money from it.

    Прошёл игру часов за 10-15. Отличный симулятор строителя-уборщика. В некоторых местах из этой игры даже получался отличный хоррор.

    I think the negative scores are just OLD scores. Actually, the game in 2022 has a lot of DLC, and is pretty cool. Is a great simulator and had a lot of improvement since started. The last DLC had a lot of new items and houses, and the development stuff is always creating new contents. I really enjoy designing new environments and decorations, or making new gardens, using workshop items toI think the negative scores are just OLD scores. Actually, the game in 2022 has a lot of DLC, and is pretty cool. Is a great simulator and had a lot of improvement since started. The last DLC had a lot of new items and houses, and the development stuff is always creating new contents. I really enjoy designing new environments and decorations, or making new gardens, using workshop items to make a minimalistic space or a rustic one... is a super complete game (y) don't listen the old reviews, this game is relaxing, and fun… Expand

    House Flipper is surprisingly addictive, relaxing and fulfilling while packed with a commendable amount of content, but even more so with Steam Workshop mods.

    I have played this game WITHOUT the garden DLC that some of my friends tell me adds soooo much to the game But, without it i can say taht the game is fun, but can get old fast And has A LOT OF PROBLEMS especially when we talk about the Auction mechanic I don't think it's right for us to have to do stupid **** just to try and sell a house to someone in specific, because the    Score: 6.3

    Gameplay wise, is OK, could be better but if you just want to chill and decorate something for fun and spend like 2/3 hours without even noticing it... it's possible.

    I really enjoy the relaxed game play. However! I really wish the XBox or console version were just as good as the PC version. I know I know PC is "so much better" than console but I prefer console. The game has a lot of potential it be so awesome for console.

    This is a good simulation game to get into especially at the beginning of your playthrough. Do not expect to enjoy this game later down the line though as it looses a lot of its magic with many similar house designs and the playthrough can also be relatively fast. More of the variety to this game is gained through its purchasable DLC.     Sehr tolles Spiel !
    Also ich kann nur sagen mich hat es direkt in den Bann gezogen, das Renovieren und die Freiheiten bei der Gestaltung einfach grandios. Addons Sehr empfehlenswert, zumindest das Garten DLC.

    minimale abzüge in der Animation, Grafik ist grundsätzlich gut!
    Ein Koop Modus wäre noch wünschenswert :)

    This is my perfect comfort game, With the recent implementation of the steam workshop allowing you to add a huge amount of additional content it means that it is a perfect game to sync as many hours as you want into it.

    Es un juego ideal para descansar y desconectar mientras escuchas algo de fondo. Lo único malo es que a medida de que vas arreglando casas, te parecen todas iguales.

    Do the responsibilities you normally should do in the game? I'm in. Even with bugs, the mechanics are good. And I wish they had a little effort on optimization.

    Что за бред ? Устанавливать радиаторы, уборка ? Причем все реализовано уныло и примитивно, метелкой грязь с кровати ? Разрабы реально знают толку в извращении... 5/10 чисто за нестандартную идею в играх.

Il est extrêmement simple à prendre en main, et dispose de nombreuses tâches différentes réalisables. Pour autant, il finira par devenir assez répétitif, avec le sentiment que les maisons s'enchaînent les unes après les autres, d'autant que l'argent coule rapidement à    → Homme à tout faire !

Pour autant, il finira par devenir assez répétitif, avec le sentiment que les maisons s'enchaînent les unes après les autres, d'autant que l'argent coule rapidement à flot, il ne faut pas s'attendre à de la difficulté. Le titre mise plutôt sur la liberté créative qui est laissée, au joueur et personnellement je trouve ça très bien. Un très bon petit jeu pour vivre le quotidien de Stéphane Plaza !

    Абсолютно бессмысленная, но страшно затягивающая игра. Утомляет только затянутая анимация некоторых видов действий вроде подключения раковины и покраска обоев.

    Cleaning up a large house, painting the walls, and fixing the plumping is dull work for most people. For some bizarre reason, in House Flipper all that is fun. Being a sim title it's not for everyone of course, but those who enjoy the idea of buying, renovating, and reselling houses will actually get addicted with playing this, especially since its title that's incredibly easy to pick up and play. Sadly, it suffers a lot in terms of replay value. By the time you hit 10 hours or so, you've practically done everything twice, and all that's left is to simply experiment with new colours of paint, or different sets of furniture.

    It seems a little silly to gush about a video game that simulates housework but given the added amount of stress and anxiety that has crept into my life lately, House Flipper is a wonderful way to shut out the noise of the world for a little bit.
