    All negative reviews get deleted, most positive reviews are 10/10 single-liners by accounts without any other review. That's a clear indication of a game you should stay the heck away from.

    But let us say something about game itself as well, even though it'll probably be deleted as well: - Performance is terrible.     - Performance is terrible. All 'levels' are small plots with few walls and at most 100 objects, yet this 'game' will consume all system resources available, making me suspect it's some cryptocurrency miner disguised as a game. If you trigger something requiring physics engine, it will cause game to hang for a second.
    - It's boring and tedious. Repetitive content can be fun if it's rewarding enough, but this game failed to make it so.
    - It's badly designed, with systems that do nothing.
    - It's limited - there is something like 20 'missions' or 'tasks', and then similar number of 'freeform'/'sandbox' houses, and then it's done, no random new tasks, not even way to replay them without restarting everything.

    I have no idea how you can rate this 10, it is stale, for the first 30 min at least (this was when I have up) you just collecting trash. yea it sounds great to renovate houses and sell them, and being creative is usually fun, but not here, at all. it is full of bugs, it is weird. the aesthetic is confusing, for the most you have this nice colourfull texture, but at some times, someI have no idea how you can rate this 10, it is stale, for the first 30 min at least (this was when I have up) you just collecting trash. yea it sounds great to renovate houses and sell them, and being creative is usually fun, but not here, at all. it is full of bugs, it is weird. the aesthetic is confusing, for the most you have this nice colourfull texture, but at some times, some realistic just jumps out of the blue.     This game is a joke. One of the worst games on the market with many bugs and dull gameplay.

    Gets boring and repetitive after like 20 mins into the game. I eventually questioned myself "why am I working like this while playing a video game". You might as well do some of the stuff in the is game in real life and make real money from it.

    I do not understand why this game has such a high rating here and on steam.
    House Flipper is one of the buggiest games i have ever played. And I have played many games by EA and 2K.
    But instead of fixing bugs they sell plushies and DLC 's which trigger even more bugs , even if you don't own the DLC 's. If you follow the Frozen District - Twitch stream you'll see how proud they are about    I do not understand why this game has such a high rating here and on steam.

    But if you take a deeper look into the game you'll see a lot of asset flips (scripts, meshes , textures, posters aso.).
    Even many of the textures which comes from textures (dot)(com) hasn't renamed and has the same name as the textures on textures (dot)(com).    … Expand

    Optimization is a disgrace, I don't understand why anyone is playing this game. You do the same thing all the time. I call out to those who play this game. Go clean your house. Believe me, it will be more useful.

    Cleaning up a large house, painting the walls, and fixing the plumping is dull work for most people. For some bizarre reason, in House Flipper all that is fun. Being a sim title it's not for everyone of course, but those who enjoy the idea of buying, renovating, and reselling houses will actually get addicted with playing this, especially since its title that's incredibly easy to pick up and play. Sadly, it suffers a lot in terms of replay value. By the time you hit 10 hours or so, you've practically done everything twice, and all that's left is to simply experiment with new colours of paint, or different sets of furniture.

    It seems a little silly to gush about a video game that simulates housework but given the added amount of stress and anxiety that has crept into my life lately, House Flipper is a wonderful way to shut out the noise of the world for a little bit.

    It is a niche title, but it can be a very fun game if you don't mind spending hours remaking houses and decorating them to your heart's content.
