    Truly this is a game of the new generation. That tries to transcend the boundaries of what is acceptable. It's a very polished game, with a great story to back it up. It also has physics that is better than 99% of other games out there. If you want a game with lots of action, good physics, great story, and a unique atmosphere - look no further, this is the game for you.

    Im giving it a 10 to offset the idiots giving it a 0 because they can't tell the difference between a game for adults and a game for kids ..
    it's an adult themed game which somehow has become the golden unicorn of PC gaming lately,
    there's a huge audience of adult gamers who don't need to have there games filtered. I want a game that just like a horror movie can repulse me , but still    Im giving it a 10 to offset the idiots giving it a 0 because they can't tell the difference between a game for adults and a game for kids ..

    overall the game may change the way you look at all other shooters by pulling back the thin veil of hypocrisy will view shooting games with .
    the same critics condemning this game will give the tell tale walking dead game a 10 because you know .. Zombies are ok to smash and crush and run over . even though it's the same graphical animation or worse.
    If Hatred was a zombie shooter nobody would have said anything , so I applaud them for going the route they did and hopefully if it's successful enough adult only content will start be profitable and we can get a lot better written games and characters.    … Expand

    I love this game. I really love the type of games that allows you to randomly kill people just so i can release all my anger and stress from real life. just like killing people in GTA 5 those are good times.

    its an amazing game for killing people and would definitely recommend it if you enjoy killing people in video games.

    Nearly perfect game. The controls are tight and efficient, the graphics are extremely detailed and next-gen while running at a solid 60 FPS on max settings, and the gameplay is fun and to the point. For the concept Hatred is presenting, they do so very well even though the actual game is a little simpler than your average bloated aaa casual title. Minus all the unnecessary controversy, INearly perfect game. The controls are tight and efficient, the graphics are extremely detailed and next-gen while running at a solid 60 FPS on max settings, and the gameplay is fun and to the point. For the concept Hatred is presenting, they do so very well even though the actual game is a little simpler than your average bloated aaa casual title.     Game of the year. Anything that puts SJWs into a crying fit, where their only venue for relief is mainstream gaming media review sites. This game is lovingly crafted and it shows from glorious start to fulfilling finish. Much more fun than any art-house game about walking or exploring a house.

    Hatred is really good game,i don't care about controversy,i simply want to violently kill people in video games,however,military base is way too hard.

    In our days game like this is very rarely
    But game could be longer, more diverse. You shoot and move around big environments, using a variety of weapons, throwing explosives, and causing a lot of havoc.
    After hard day best to relax.

    Good game i give it a 9.5, i was worried about it geting boring after 30 minutes, but it didn't, soundtrack is good, the game brings you different challenges each level, there some "side missions" where you have to mass kill people on a party, funerals, some guys hunting, and etc...

    This game is getting so many bad reviews even though it is just so amazing. I love it death. If you don't like this game, I respect your opinion but it is one of the best games I have played.

    Game has really good gameplay. I don't understand the hate over it, it probably comes from people who didn't make it to at least level 4, where things get pretty hardcore. Or it might come from people who didn't even played the game. I highly recommend this game.

    People who write really bad reviws are all SJW trying to pull it down really, evne if they claim "its not about the violence" they just want to make the game fail. But the game itself is **** awesome, i didnt saw this level of violence for quite some time, and i am not talking about only visual violence, but talking about conceptual violence as well.

    Pros:

    Tense, the game really brings you to a tense atmosphere, very immersive
    Very fun
    Lots of execution animations (a **** lot)
    Good arsenal (u can even take a flamethrower)
    Decent graphics
    The isometric camera works very well (and it was a turn down when i first saw the trailer, but actually it works great )
    Well developed NPC reactions, they cry, they beg for their lives, they call u dirty names lol, they even try to argue with you sometimes

    Cons:
    Ocasional movement bugs when playing on controler (never had bugs playing on keyboard and mouse)
    Cheating police (i mean, they aways seens to know exactly where u are, and they seens to teleport
    Poo driving mechanics and not so many veicles available

    No matter how silly this is the soul point of this game is to kill and its stupid the "Crusader" is annoying,the game play is just a dumed down version of GTA 1&2

    One of the most realistic games ever made. It might be a bit too short, but the replay factor is high.
    I highly suggest people purchase the game and give it a try.

    Good game everyone should play it. the gameplay is out of this world,it is the best twin stick shooter i have ever played and also the story line is so... good for a twin stick shooter.10/10 WOULD PLAY.

    Hatred jest to brutalna strzelanka w klimacie Postala. Opowiada o psychopacie, który bez znanego nam powodu wychodzi na ulicę i zaczyna mordować przypadkowe osoby.

    ZALETY: + piękna grafika + super klimat + poziom zniszczeń jest świetny, każdy budynek może ulec zniszczeniu + fabuła prosta, ale interesująca + gra potrafi wciągnąć + poziomy trudności (jesteśmy zmuszeni do chowania    Hatred jest to brutalna strzelanka w klimacie Postala. Opowiada o psychopacie, który bez znanego nam powodu wychodzi na ulicę i zaczyna mordować przypadkowe osoby.

    ZALETY:
    + piękna grafika
    + super klimat
    + poziom zniszczeń jest świetny, każdy budynek może ulec zniszczeniu
    + fabuła prosta, ale interesująca
    + gra potrafi wciągnąć
    + poziomy trudności (jesteśmy zmuszeni do chowania się za przedmiotami oraz planowania)
    + spora ilość osiągnięć do zdobycia
    + patche optymalizacyjne wychodzą na bieżąco, dzięki którym rozgrywka wygląda dużo lepiej

    WADY:
    - gra jest zdecydowanie za krótka (do dyspozycji mamy zaledwie 7 poziomów)
    - przeciwnicy niestety widzą nas przez ściany (niekiedy strzelają tak po prostu z pomieszczenia w ścianę w naszym kierunku)

    W grze przydałoby się więcej poziomów, może jakiś tryb związany z przetrwaniem lub jakiekolwiek bonusowe mapy. Tryb kooperacji z pewnością byłby mile widziany.    … Expand

    I walked out of the house with my guns and the people started running. I didn't know what was happening so I run as well following them. One tripped and I accidentally kicked him in the face and tumbled. Tumbling my handgun fired and his head exploded. I was shocked and shivered with sadness, I could only continue running, following the now faster running people into safety.

    Then I heard the sirens.
    The Police came and showed their worst behavior, starting shooting and not even trying to talk to me. So I started defending myself by throwing my grenade. ...Things then kinda escalated.
    But I hope you see it was not my fault. I guess police brutality is indeed a thing we all need to talk more about. The US police did kill 464 people in 2015...

    rather enjoyable and gruesome game. The top down / isometric view can be an acquired taste for some but luckily, there are very nice mods featured on the steam workshop that improve the gameplay and perspective/ visuals.

    If you ever feel like shooting up a school - don't. Get Hatred and play it instead! It's the ultimate rampage simulator where you can use all kinds of guns on cops and civilians without killing anybody in real life!

    hatred is the best game ever. its a dark and twisted masterpiece that captures the brutality of life. its raw, violent, and filled with angst. you can really let out your anger and aggression as you go around massacring innocent people

    Would love to see games related to such simple ideas. Something like Wrath would also be cool. Idk

    I do admit the only issue I faced were optimisations when executing people, but I don't think slowing down the cutscene like that is a bad thing. (Helps with my brain to refresh itself in intense combat)

    I dont know why is this game is so humiliated. Hatred deserves more good comment in my opinion.

    First of all, I don't care about controversy, I rate the game for what it is, a game.

    Graphics are pretty good, not ugly and not gorgeous, just what you would expect. The black and white filter make things a bit hard to see something. The physics is probably the best thing about this game. The destruction engine when you throw explosives around it impressive. The physics is probably the best thing about this game. The destruction engine when you throw explosives around it impressive. The objectives are rather simple (kill x people, kill people here), but still have some events. Game length is 7levels, which is acceptable. The biggest challenge of the game is managing your ammunitions (always short) and managing when to reload (that shotgun is too slow).

    People rating 0 because they think the game have nothing except controversy factor obviously did not play it. The shooting mechanism works perfectly, the cars are impresive in their handling. There's no apparent bugs and the performances/optimization is extremely good.

    Just edited my review after completing the game, the last few levels have an very good challenge and are very fun to play. The ending credit songs is awesome and just got them two extra points. Buy this game.    … Expand

    The game is exactly what it says on the tin: Kill everything, especially if it doesn't want to die. That's what you're going to get. Solid, basic iso shooter with just enough depth in gameplay to keep you on your toes. If the theme is too much for you, or if 'violence in videogames' is a nuance theme you can't handle, then    This game is popular to hate because it is "problematic".
