    Basically they mixed my favorite game with 2 DLCs and named it "The Complete Edition". As I highly recommend Grand Theft Auto IV if the story and characters are more important than graphics for you, this game's DLCs which were included in-game are for you too. But honestly I'm not enjoying the game on my current PC as the game is poor optimised (for PC) and runs slow. I suggest you toBasically they mixed my favorite game with 2 DLCs and named it "The Complete Edition". As I highly recommend Grand Theft Auto IV if the story and characters are more important than graphics for you, this game's DLCs which were included in-game are for you too.     GTA 4 and it's both single player DLCs are just awesome. This game changed everything and you can still play it in 2021 and have great time.
