The story is ok. It's not as good as TLAD and IV, but it's not bad. The changes in this game since IV are: Bass Jumping which is fun at first, then I never did it again, and Clubbing: I never would have thought how fun clubbing would be in a GTA game, but it is. There are lless problems than the PC port of IV, but there are still more than TLAD.

Just a meh, cliche and far fetched story. The biggest disappointment for me with GTA IV and its DLC is the fact that the game presents itself as a gritty, realistic NY portrait but its missions are laughable and improbable. In the BoGT, Luis's mom borrows money from some douche and then you owe him... Then in the middle of a conversation the Chinese guy starts shooting. Just lame and boring.

Another good addition to GTA IV's already amazing package. This one takes a whole other tone compared to GTA IV with more humour and some pretty over the top missions that we used to have in San Andreas. Also here its interesting to see now all 3 main protagonists of GTA IV series crossing paths and seeing the main events of GTA IV and TLAD from Luis' view point.

GTA returns to its utmost craziness through a great and charming story.
  2. The tone of the story is, after all, quite a departure from the franchise's previous two outings. However, the amusing dialogue, fun gameplay, and delightfully absurd missions make this a must-buy for everyone, whether by download (in which case it requires a copy of GTA IV to run) or on disc with The Lost and Damned.
